The whole experience was really good and the staff was very cooperative and polite with there services.The food was also very nice with good presentation.Staff member pawan,***dal,nehal and chef satish gave a nice suprise on my birthday. I would really recommend to go for citadines.

Overall, I would not recommend Citadines Paras Square Gurgaon India to anyone. The combination of poor service, uncomfortable rooms, and inconvenient location makes it a hotel to avoid. Save your money and look elsewhere for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Gurgaon.

We visited the restaurant 14th Perch during dinner time, its a very beautiful restaurant with modern decor and ample space between the tables which I liked a lot. We ordered vegetarian stuff and everything was very delicious specially vegetable biryani and dal makhani, oh not to miss their gulab jamun. Chef Deshraj visited us and explained the menu and recommend us the dishes to order. He also offered us the tour of the rooms and pool deck with other team members. The rooms are spacious, ultra chic and equipped with all the amenities. Kudos to all staff of the hotel Pawan, Vishnu and Pappu for such a nice experience. Will surely reccomend this place to everyone.

Good Services , good attitude and very comfortable too. Mr Vipin, Mr Nitin and another staff even cleaning service are very kind and very good ones n very fast services.good location and very hygienic.. good food with nice security too in here

Housekeeping not trained. Even local hotels are cleaner. Can hardly believe this is an internal brand. Only the reception staff girls try their best to help, but rest of local staff are lazy and dirty. Even the sheets arent changed with clean one when we asked.

I stayed at Citadine for 4 days and had a very pleasant stay. All of the staff members are very friendly especially front desk associate Oinam. She greeted with smile, and frequently checked if my stay is comfortable. They also had a great food. Cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. I would definitely prefer this hotel again.

The pool was not working, the taps were dry and there was a water shortage due to a burst pipe which also flooded the elevators. This happened in April. This hotel is a serivce apartment complex over a disused dilapidated mall (Paras Square) which has all foreigners from Africa staying there mostly on lower floors leaving us feeling unsafe in elevators and lobby,

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for your kindness during my stay.The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent.The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. Thank you Mr Rahul for everything. In future definitely we will visit again.
