Hotel charges INR 3000 extra without any prior information for their third class dinner ( which have only 2 snacks and 2 main course options) Totally wasted our time and money.

This property is located 3-4 kms from Dharampur towards kasauli. Mostly all the good properties are situated on this road, this being one of them. We booked the premium room with jacuzzi, which exceeded my expectations. It was neat and clean, no spotting at all, the views were spectacular. The room is big enough and has all the amenities such as, iron, kettle, locker, mini fridge etc. The adjoining balcony serves all the purpose if one wants to sit out for a cup of tea. The curtains are automated, so thats a plus point. The washroom is big and the jacuzzi is amazing, also it is temperature controlled. The pricing for food is decent and the quality & quantity served is good

We were in this hotel for a day. The super deluxe rooms are on the 2nd floor and com***d good views of the valley. The view from the rooftop was truly mesmerizing and breathtaking. The hotel serves some mouthwatering and delicious dishes at very reasonable rates but the morning breakfast as per the MAP lacked non veg and bakery items. This is not expected from an MMT accredited 4 star hotel. The staff is truly courteous and respectful. The rooms are good and spacious. Overall a nice stay at the hotel.

Nice hotel in kasauli. Views from balcony are one of the best and Rooms are nice and cozy. Best part I felt was their hospitality. There staff is so humble and attentive and I really want to give 5 stars to the service they provide. Service in room and in restaurant is quite fast and they listen to your requests very carefully. All in all a great option

On way to Kasauli, just 7 kms before Kasauli is a beautiful hotel at a peaceful location. The aesthetically designed interiors and courteous staff will welcome you. All the rooms provide beautiful view of the valley and glimpses of toy train passing by. The rays of rising the rising Sun fill the room. The restaurant needs special mention. The food is very tasty and the staff treats you like their personal guest.

Nice place to stay and relax with family. It has a well-defined area for kids to enjoy. It has the best service and hotel aroma. I would separately appreciate the breakfast because of its variety and taste.

A perfect place to chill in the solace of nature. Lovely hotel with breathtaking view of the valley from your private balcony .Mouthwatering food will be served by their polite staff,always at their toes to cater all your needs with a smile.Wide spread of buffet to choose from .Like to recommend others and want to visit again if i got the chance. Kasauli Windsor Resorts is all that it claims to be. A neat and clean place with excellent views from all rooms. Service is good and the food is great. Rooms are of good size. The breakfast spread is limited but adequate. There are Maggi and Egg joints nearby ***** with an HPMC store next door. A good place and I am sure I will be back soon.

This is my second visit after 2019, property has really upgraded since then. Here is my review based on recent stay: #Location: This property is 7km approx far from main Kasauli market and points but gives scenic view from its rooms #Rooms: They have 3 categories of rooms. Reception floor, I.e. 3rd floor has premium rooms 2nd floor has super deluxe and 1st floor deluxe rooms. I opted for 2nd floor room which has great view All Rooms have private balcony and great view #Food: This property gives you mouth watering food with loads of options #Services: Very prompt and empathetic services, most prominent reasons of choosing this property 2nd time #Housekeeping: Rooms are kept well cleaned and hygienic. Housekeeping staff are prompt and don't run for Tips like in any other property #Amenities: *Roof top: They have huge roof top where large gathering can be planned *Games zone: They also have games zone on roof top with Table tennis, Caremboard etc games available *Kids play area: A well ***aged small ground with slides and other kids playing Amenities available *Huge parking area available An overall a great stay
