差評是必須要給，第一服務態度極度差，沒有一丁點的服務意識；第二，不誠信，管理人員聽攜程預訂價格比實際的預訂價格優惠，馬上聯繫攜程停止預訂，我們在現場根本訂不到酒店，直到價格提升以後讓我們定漲價後的房間，我們和工作人員理論，她們卻説你們可以不定，去定其他家，第三，管理人員是騙子，定這個酒店可以免費進入苗王寨，但是管理人員説要買票，第二天我們從酒店裡一條小路就進入了苗王寨，不需要門票。第四，一樓房間每一間都是黴臭味，二樓房間有限。第五，朋友住的那間房下水不通，第六，大部分房間的床是硬板床，衹墊了一床很薄的棕墊，很硬，給服務員反映後，根本不理會。這個酒店工作人員仗着有大公司撐腰，根本不理會客人的感受，態度極度惡劣，這樣的服務意識衹會讓讓酒店陷入僵局，是什麼讓她們有這樣的底氣，希望有相關部門管理一下，這樣的工作人員及時更換。

很難會差評，地方倒是不錯，但是這個322房的環境確實差，床墊莫名其妙和其他房不一樣，硬得，衹能説特別適合腰椎間盤突出的人住，衞生間也是設施老舊，燈還不亮，除了帶看房的妹妹，其他客服的態度也是問題嚴重，該好好培訓整頓下，別可惜了不錯的大環境

房間特別大，樣子沒有照片那麼新，有點暗暗的臟臟的，房間不隔音，但周圍環境很安靜。不提供瓶裝水，記得自己帶，晚上附近沒什麼店開門的。熱水有點小，但温度是夠的，衞生間很臭，有幾團頭髮，房間裏有很多各種毛髮，地板上還有架子上積了層灰，地上很臟，幾個月沒掃過的感覺。感覺打掃人員應該是衹換床品不掃地的。門鎖不上

客房地上一堆一堆各種毛髮，混着一層灰，架子上也一層灰，地面也很臟感覺很久沒有打掃過了。房間特別大，有好幾棟分散的二層小樓，周圍環境安靜，衞生間很臭很臭，地上幾團頭髮，也很臟，換氣扇是壞的。窗户和門外都是一條走廊，一間房門鎖不上，一間房門和窗户都鎖不上，木結構風格房間不隔音，沒有瓶裝水。

設施：房間破舊，設備簡陋，淋浴水特少與慢，app 上介紹開業時間為2022年開業，以我個人旅遊經驗評估已裝修使用6年以上，不誠實。
衞生：房內地面有水、地面臟、衞生間有臭味、床單有污漬，權差。
環境：建築保留原有風格。
服務：民宿提供的服務與攜程平台介紹的不同，飲用水都沒有，嚴重誤導消費者。
