The room looked clean butit smelled horrible. The bathroom smelled like sewage and the smell lingered into the rest of the room

The hotel is really nice, but there were some ants in our room. The check in took almost one hour, but overall it is a good hotel.

I was actually surprised for the price cleanliness and staff services were absolutely welcoming and perfect. It’s private and the room was much more than I thought or expected. I will definitely b booking again

Front desk very friendly and welcoming. Had trouble with the ac not working correctly and they quickly resolved the issue. Always a pleasant stay when im in the area.

The place looks like it belongs in a 3rd world country. Nothing works from the elevators to the vending machines. The furniture should of been replaced 10 years ago it is ripped and satined. Was woke up at 1am by a party in the room next to me causing noise. What a horrible place.

Unsafe room and unsanitary, pigeon poop on sliding door and the balcony floor defective electrical appliances no fan in restroom, it was hot in the room the air conditioner faulty

Lobby is gorgeous and elegant but Room looked very worn down. Ceiling pieces were cracked and old. Some walls looked dirty. Remote control was filthy. TV’s were old; no way to stream Netflix or YouTube. No were to plug in USB cords to charge phones.

Amenities in the room are old or broken, these rooms are comparable to a motel 6 room but the price is doubled here. I should have listened to my instance and paid 50 more and stayed at the Hoilday Inn where its always nice and clean with updated amenities. Will not stay here again for sure.
