Roaches in the room on our final day. Told front desk about it and the didn't say anything.
When reserving our stay, we weren't notified one of the pools was closed for repairs. Pictures of resort make the pool areas look MUCH larger than they actually are.
We also weren't notified that an early pre-Spring Break crowd pool party would occur while we were there with extremely loud music until 2 a.m. We booked our vacation for the week before Spring Break for a reason. That information should've been included before we committed to staying there. It was extremely loud and needless to say, we couldn't sleep until it finally ended, even with white noise apps on full volume.
Water pressure in the shower was extremely weak regardless of time of day.
Reimbursement for AT LEAST one night of our stay should've been offered, but the front desk just stared when told about the roach situation.
Also, don't expect much during check-in about the area, amenities, etc. They basically took our money, had us sign a ton of waivers because of the Spring Break crowd coming the following week, and that was it. As first time visitors to the area, it would've been nice to feel like they actually wanted us there aside from our money.
Altogether disappointed in our stay. Martin in the restaurant was the highlight. He told us about a few nice areas to check out and provided excellent service at breakfast.
