This is a great property right on the beach. We had an ocean view room, which I recommend. The restaurant in the hotel is great and there are several others in walking distance. The biggest drawback is the lack of parking. Many people had to park across the street.

Horrible experience for the price.
First of all we had an ev vehichle that we couldn't charge our whole stay.
Random ice cars were parked taking the spaces up. We spoke to management multiple times and they didnt seem to care.
Lastly if you ever check in and your assigned room 244 do not get that room.
It is right about the restaurant and you will hear eveything through our the night.
We complained and all they said is it would end eventually.

Tried ordering room service twice once I was sent to voice mail the other time they hung up on me. Staff did not seem very friendly they will answer questions if asked but not very social otherwise. Just so you there is beach access at the back of the hotel they won’t tell you about when you check in.

The room was comfortable, with a view of the large roof off the lobby and the sounds of the enormous air conditioners just humming us to not sleep so good.

I was disappointed because the ac unit was extremely loud every time it would turn on. My family and I had trouble sleeping because of it. The beds and pillows were also not the best.

The hotel is beautiful the restaurant/food/music was great. The music from the Clayton's next door or downstairs was loud while trying to go to sleep. And their was no hot water for bathing - this was disappointing. No compensation was offered - very disappointing.

I was there one night with girls 7 and 4. We had a great time a but chilly for pool but restaurant service was great, kind to children and encouraging us to take them even for the music, that was much appreciated girls want ro go again.
