The room is modern, spacious, and very well-equipped with comfortable bedding and impeccable cleanliness. The staff offers a very warm and professional welcome. The pool, spa, and gym are a definite plus after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is excellent, offering a vast selection to suit all tastes. The hotel is located in the business district, a bit far from the city center, which requires using the metro or a taxi to visit Sofia. Despite its slightly off-center location, the quality of the services makes it a sure bet, and I would gladly return on a future trip to Sofia.

The hotel is clean, tidy and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good and closed to sightseeing spots and restaurants. It’s easy to find dinning places and buying sovenirs. The hotel offers health classes. We had dinning at the restaurant and food is delicious.

The room is quite small and the power goes out from time to time. The hotel is in a great location, in the busiest area of ​​the city center. The swimming pool is nice. Free white wine is provided in the lobby in the afternoon, which is great.

Very nice hotel to stay! Rooms are so big…especially with balcony! Housekeeping are working very good! Launge club do not recommend…nothing to do there for $50! Location is perfect! All official organizations are very closed. Recommended!

Perfect location, luxurious room and amenities. The maid entered our room at 6 in the morning, while we were sleeping. I complained at the reception and the answer was “sorry, it happens”. We are never going there again.

For the transition hotel to the airport the next day, drive to the airport for 15 minutes, parking is available, there are no restaurants nearby, there is a lido supermarket, breakfast is relatively simple.

Hotel Forum provides good services. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The location is good and the food is nice. I would recommend Hotel Forum to any of friends and colleagues coming to Sofia.

Awesome garden with trees and flowers, maintained with details. You can enjoy birds songs early morning.

Alright hotel. Strange decorations. It used to be a Sofia classic, built by a famous Japanese architect. They still kept tye nice Japanese garden. The restaurants are nice too. Breakfast was adequate, thought not copious. Close to the metro, nice views.
