The moment I stepped in, I was stunned by the floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby, framing a single tree reflected in a mirror-like water feature outside. The water and sky blend seamlessly, making every casual photo look high-end and artistic. The views are expansive yet serene, creating an incredible ambiance. The guest rooms feature a minimalist, natural wood style with soft, comfortable furnishings. Panoramic sliding French windows open onto a balcony, allowing you to gaze at the continuous green mountains right from your bed. The balcony also has a private hot spring tub. Soaking in the tub in the evening, feeling the mountain breeze, and watching the blue sky and distant peaks is incredibly therapeutic for some quiet, reflective time. The curved sofa seating area on the public observation deck faces the mirror-like pool, backed by mountains. With the blue sky and white clouds framing the lone tree, sitting here with a cup of tea, just zoning out, is incredibly peaceful, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The overall service is attentive, the environment is clean and tidy, and the architectural design seamlessly blends with the natural wilderness. There's no noisy over-commercialization, making it perfect for both couples seeking a short escape and families on vacation. The only minor drawback is that getting around the mountainous area requires a bit of travel, so driving is recommended. Overall, it's a perfect experience – my top choice for escaping the city, breathing fresh air, and relaxing!

The room was fully equipped, the environment was stunning and spotless, and the butler, Xiao Jia, provided attentive and prompt service. Breakfast and takeout could be delivered to the room, the afternoon tea was exquisite, and the room had a sea view, making the sound of the waves very soothing. Overall, a great experience, I'll definitely come again.

Cleanliness: The room was quite clean. The king-size bed room could fit a family of four, haha, very good. Facilities: There's a water park, an infinity pool, a kids' pool, and a lazy river. Service: I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but then I saw a room with a lazy river and went to the front desk to ask if I could switch. Luckily, one was available, and they let me switch. The experience was really great, and the service was excellent. The kids had a fantastic time, and we adults also had a lot of fun. We even tried parasailing by the sea!

The room and overall environment quality exceeded our expectations. The manager was incredibly helpful, responding promptly to our requests throughout our stay. Our child had a wonderful time, making it a perfect spot for a short family getaway.

We booked a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family room. The room was very clean and all the toiletries were fully stocked, including separate bath towels for children, which were all new. Our dedicated customer service manager, Vava, kept in touch via WeChat to see if we needed anything or any help, eliminating the need to call the front desk. The service was very convenient and thoughtful. Most importantly, the kids had a blast!

The location of this hotel is really convenient, just at the foot of Luofu Mountain, the surrounding environment is very quiet, suitable for wanting to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff at the front desk was very kind when checking in, and patiently answered questions when consulting. We booked a twin room, the room was more spacious than expected. The bedding was clean and tidy, and it was very comfortable to sleep. The view outside the window is good, you can see some green plants, and the air is particularly fresh when you open the window in the morning. The overall health of the hotel is maintained very well, whether it is in the public area or in the room, it gives people a refreshing and tidy feeling. The environment of the manor is very carefully arranged, and it is very pleasant to take a walk after dinner. The experience of this short vacation is generally very relaxing, and I will consider coming again if I have the opportunity in the future.

Every shot you take captures the perfect vibe for family photos. A must-visit is the 1922 Manor, a French-style lakeside coffee house. Take a leisurely stroll along the path, enjoying the breeze, while the children run and play freely on the lawn. It's perfect for both taking photos and entertaining the kids, with a relaxed pace throughout the day. The rooms come with a private balcony hot spring, with 24-hour water supply, and the water is wonderfully warm and soothing. The children can play freely while I relax in the hot spring, unwinding from the week's fatigue. It's a win-win for both me and the kids. There are so many activities for the kids that they'll never get bored: a super-large indoor playground with a ball pit, climbing structures, nostalgic arcade games, and comfortable recliners, so weather is never an issue. Outdoors, there are go-karts, bumper cars, slides, a splash pad, a football field, a basketball court, and more, easily keeping the kids entertained all day long 😎 The resort is surrounded by dense forests, brimming with negative oxygen ions. In your free time, take a stroll along the forest stream path and immerse yourself in the fresh air. No need to venture far for meals; the hotel restaurant offers a rich variety of light dishes, perfectly suited for babies' dietary needs. Everything from accommodation to dining, play, and hot springs is available in one place, truly making it a stress-free experience for parents.

Breakfast sells 15 oceans, is a fixed set meal (corn/sweet potatoes/egg/sweetened wheat/barbecued buns/bananas are given 1 each), you can choose to eat noodles/rice noodles/he powder, 1 bottle of yogurt, 1 in the morning 8-10, and eat in the lobby on the 1st floor. There is a washing machine on the 6th floor, and there is a hanger to dry clothes after the escape door on the 3rd floor. The bus station is very close, and there are also meals nearby.

The service during the ***** New Year was really bad. I couldn't get through to room service at all. On the fifth day of the New Year, I didn't get my room until after 4 PM, and it hadn't even been fully cleaned yet. When I booked, it said there would be welcome fruit, but there wasn't any. I mentioned it to the front desk twice, and each time they said they'd send it right over, but it never arrived. My child got a scrape, and I asked for iodine, and they said they'd send it right over, but it still hadn't arrived by the time we checked out the next day. Then, when I was leaving the next day, I saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms, and they all had welcome candies, but I didn't get anything when I checked in yesterday. So, I feel the service is truly indescribable and really reflects poorly on their reputation. However, if you're coming for the hot springs, they are excellent. There are many pools, so it's not crowded at all, and the water is very clean. I only came here for the abundant hot spring pools, but the service attitude left me utterly speechless.

We stayed for three days and two nights and found the hotel to be very pleasant. The facilities were quite good, including a children's water park, a swimming pool, and a gym. Our room was also very comfortable, and the balcony with a direct sea view was fantastic. Additionally, the hotel staff were very friendly and provided great service. We'll definitely consider coming back for another holiday here when we have the chance.
