"The front desk was very efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick with no waiting. I asked them for disposable slippers and bottled water a few times during my stay, and they responded promptly with consistently good attitudes, never showing any impatience. The room was practical, with no scratches on the furniture and smooth curtain tracks, giving the impression that it's regularly maintained. The air conditioning cooled quickly, and the remote was responsive, which is better than many hotels. The bathroom is a big deal for me – the drainage here was excellent, so shower water didn't pool at my feet, and the shower head didn't fluctuate between hot and cold. That's a huge plus."
