"This stay at the Mövenpick Accor Urumqi was absolutely perfect and full of surprises! A special thank you to our staff member ”Ah Xiao,” who provided impeccable care from pre-check-in to check-out, offering attentive and enthusiastic service. When ”Ah Xiao” learned we were worried about not being able to book museum tickets, he proactively and thoughtfully helped us resolve the issue. Upon check-in, we were not only greeted with abundant welcome fruit and locally themed gifts, but ”Ah Xiao” also thoughtfully included a map of nearby transportation and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Even more touching was how ”Ah Xiao” immediately received and personally delivered the five large boxes of souvenirs we purchased to our room, responding quickly and meticulously to our messages – a truly heartwarming experience! Furthermore, the hotel's laundry facilities were excellent, with fast and efficient drying, which was incredibly convenient for us as we often need to do laundry while traveling. Both the hotel's facilities and ”Ah Xiao's” exceptional service made our trip a perfect success! I highly recommend this hotel; it will definitely be our top choice next time we come to Urumqi!"
