GGuest UserI really love this hotel. Central, clean and comfortable. Liked the big picture of a greek island on the wall above the bed in my room, the view towards the harbour too. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for giving me a free room upgrade, to let me check in early and let me place my little folding bicycle in the room. Had a great stay.

GGuest UserWhen checking in, the front desk service was warm and efficient. I took the initiative to inform the wireless password of the room and the location and time of the breakfast meal. After entering the room, the first feeling was that the room was ”clean and tidy”. The sink and toilet were wiped very clean. The room was fully equipped and the air conditioning was very fast. The room is also equipped with bottled drinking water and tea bags, and the details are in place.
When leaving the store, the check-out process is very fast, the staff will take the initiative to ask about the check-in experience, the service is very warm.

This time I happened to be on a business trip to Shidao, and I had to stay at Shidao Hotel. It has been almost 20 years since I came here, and Shidao Hotel is still so grand. Although the hotel has a long history, it is very clean and I am very satisfied with my stay. By the way, it was late when I checked in, and the front desk upgraded me to a suite. It was a very good experience!

The entrance on the first floor is not very eye-catching. The lights in the lobby and the second floor are a bit dim. Haha, when I went that night, the whole third floor had one of our rooms on. Very feeling inside Conan. The clubhouse is located in the villa area of Bihai Manor, a private clubhouse, with a hot spring pool, few rooms, and no promotions for major apps. Disadvantages: On the mountain, renovated in 18 years, the facilities are slightly old compared to the current full intelligence, the lights are really a bit dark, the quilt is thin, the night is cold, the whole decoration is administrative, and it is still very top with the eyes of the time. In addition, you need to take a taxi or drive up and down the mountain. If you have enough energy, you can walk.

GGuest UserThe environment and rooms exceeded expectations, and the butler service was excellent and responsive – a big thumbs up! All the staff were very welcoming. It's a great place to book if you're playing sports, but it's a bit far from the city center.
My only suggestion is that the food needs improvement. While the portions are generous and the variety is extensive, it's honestly really bad. The breakfast cold dishes didn't even have any salad dressing, and all the food was bland and tasteless – truly tasteless and oil-free. They brought out a huge amount of food every day, but almost nothing was edible; it was all taken away untouched. They need to consider the taste; food connoisseurs need to be more discerning, otherwise, the overall impression will be greatly diminished.
