Los Corales Village Punta Cana - Original -is a wonderful place to stay with direct access to the beach,The houses are clean, comfortable, and located very close to the beach. Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!

房間有些舊了，近海灘沙子和海草，不適合浮潛。除此之外都還好。服務和食物都沒問題。餐廳很多可以選擇，當然口味是拉美的，喜好不一定。工作人員四處都很熱情，響應也算及時。親子的很多，晚上也有樂隊，賭場，等很多娛樂。整體還是不錯的。

The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice.
The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

The hotel is beautiful.Excellent food. We stayed in a LEVEL (VIP) room and we were very disappointed since it was old, it smells very moist. neither TV nor jacucci worked, we warned and never fixed it.
Another very important thing to comment is the poor functioning of the service to book table in restaurants, you have to do something with that because they form endless tails, perhaps through the app would be better.

Falta melhor limpeza dos quartos, debaixo da cama estava muito sujo, atrás das portas também. No banheiro, só trocavam as toalhas, sem limpá-lo. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, mas passamos dois dias sem ar condicionado, devido a uma pane geral. Área da piscina muito boa, comida e bebidas regular.

It has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages...

是米兰哒吖Most of the waiters can’t communicate well in English, causing many things to go wrong. The restaurant requires an appointment except for the two buffets. The food in the international restaurant is very dirty. My friend ordered an appetizer. There were more than 10 bugs on the table. The scene of climbing out of the food is shocking and the restaurant is very inefficient but the hotel is well located. A taxi from Punta Cana Airport is 30 dollars, downtown is 10 dollars, and Blue mall is 25 dollars.

Convenient if you drive car. Very close to highway so you can easily drive to the most popular locations in North-Eastern Dominicana.
There’s nice territory near hotel’s swimming pool where you can chill and enjoy the birds singing. The breakfast is good. Stuff very friendly and helpful
