The overall service is good, especially the front desk and room service. The only problem is that the room cleaning is not very thorough. One day the trash can was forgotten to be emptied, one day the toilet paper was used up but not replaced, and one day the hair in the bathroom was not cleaned.

The room was very well-equipped, with cooking utensils provided, and the dishwasher was a big plus; however, the air conditioning and heating systems kept turning off automatically, and the heater wouldn't turn on. After we reported this, the hotel provided breakfast for us one day because the repairs didn't take place until after check-out! Very nice! 👍🏻

TThe hotel is exceptionally stylish and has a very nice, modern aesthetic. The design is chic and the atmosphere is welcoming. The wooden floors are a major issue for noise. We could clearly hear movement from the room above, the room next door, and even our own footsteps echoed. The sound insulation is very poor. Beautiful hotel, but would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

Overall, I liked the hotel. It was clean and well-maintained, the staff was polite, and the breakfasts were good. There are two metro stations nearby, one offering a direct line to the Eiffel Tower. The city center is quite a long walk away. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Louvre, 40 minutes to the Champs-Élysées, and 1 hour 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is also perfectly fine. There are large boulevards nearby.

He offered me water, helped with the check-in, and personally walked me through the hotel’s facilities. He even shared wonderful tips about touring around Paris, which made my stay even more memorable. Matthew and the rest of the team were equally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere that’s rare to find. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel—it feels like returning home. The lighting, soft background fragrance, and perfectly balanced temperature make every corner comfortable and inviting. Small touches like freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes add to the charm, turning simple moments into special memories. The location is also ideal—just steps away from public transport, shops, and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city with ease. My entire experience here was exceptional from star1t to finish. The warmth of the staff, the cozy ambiance, and the thoughtful details make this hotel stand out in every way. It’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at peace. I already miss it and the wonderful people like Flo and Matthew. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

There are coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby! The supermarket is huge and the prices are great. The hotel itself is long and narrow, so you might have a bit of a walk. The elevators are a bit small, and the layout isn't ideal. The restaurant is very spacious, and the garden is a nice spot to sit, chat, and smoke. The rooms are decent enough. There are also some street-side shops nearby, a delicious French restaurant, and the Picasso Museum.

I like the decoration style, a bit of Art Deco, and it still has a sense of quality for a 4-star hotel. It is located in a quiet location in the bustling Left Bank, and it is convenient to go out for meals. The hotel's breakfast is also rich. Although the room is relatively small, it has a balcony for ventilation and the price is cheap. The executive room is very spacious

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Elysia by Inwood Hotels in Paris, and it truly exceeded expectations in every way. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the iconic Champs-Élysées and other major attractions. Whether you’re in Paris for business or leisure, the central location makes it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s beauty and charm. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches that enhanced the overall comfort. The high ceilings and classic Parisian design created a luxurious ambiance, and I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful stay. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive, with fresh pastries, fruit, and hot selections served in a beautifully designed dining area. It was the perfect way to start each day. The service throughout my stay was warm, attentive, and professional. From check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. This hotel location is superb. Nearby has different metro station within minutes of walking distance which allow us to travel between the sight seeing spots (louvre Rivoli station) and also Gare du nord to catch Eurostar (chatalet station). Reception was very friendly, one free wine for each of us and the room is equipped with all toiletries and even hair dryer. One night where we had to take out dinner due to heavy rain, they offer us to eat our takeout at the bar area at lobby, and even cleaned up for us. Only downside is the room is very old so the toilet is full of old stains which may look disgusting but the sheets and toilet are actually pretty clean. They even have coffee (and coffee machine) and tea in the room for you - for free. They allowed check out at 12 and also luggage storage after.
