Spa hotels in Chennai

The location is good, the amenities, welcoming check in, the bell boy service, room service are all good, it did not impose at all. Breakfast was good too. The pros is that it's a really good hotel to stay in. The cons, I didn't catch any. The room facilities seem new and modern with a vintage aesthetic, it didn't hit me that this might be an old hotel till I went to the pool. The concierge that manages your rides and food deliveries are great too

The hotel is good, and the service was very nice. There was a wide spread of options in the buffet. The initial room we were given had a damp smell, but as soon as I reported it, the staff promptly swapped it for a better one. Overall, it was a good experience.

Perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Chennai IT Expressway. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience truly pleasant. The room was super clean, well maintained, and equipped with good amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a nice variety of options. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations — highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Definitely will highly recommended for all who come to at Chennai.. always there have have someone who welcomes you with smiling face .. apart from you paid and stay .. definitely this is beyond that all .. warm welcome.. Airplane noise from takeoffs and landings isn't an issue, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's a great choice for transit passengers looking for a budget-friendly option.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The hotel is quite old, but overall it’s not bad. The location is strategic, though it can be noisy. I’m a light sleeper, and the loud horn noise outside made it difficult for me to sleep well. My main concern was cleanliness. The cup in the room was not clean, and the bed linen did not seem to be changed or had many old stains, which was disappointing. Breakfast options were limited, and the dining space was quite small. However, the food itself was standard and acceptable. The breakfast staff were very proactive—they checked what we wanted and served quickly, which was very good and appreciated. Overall, the stay was acceptable. Its worth for the price, I think it’s reasonable.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, just a few minutes, convenient to transfer, and generally cost-effective. If you come to Chennai in the future, you will still stay here.

We felt super welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we alighted our transport from the airport. The staff were all pleasant and warm, making the stay really comfortable and cosy. Room was comfortably sized and clean, toilet was also clean. There were many channels to watch on the TV. Breakfast was great, we especially loved the live stations where we can order dosa and scrambled eggs. Loved the chai.  Our room was also facing the river and we could raptor watch quite close from our window! Super exciting watching Black Kites swooping around.  The only down side is that soundproofing wasn’t the best and amenities look a little aged, but we aren’t too bothered and still enjoyed our stay. Thank you Radisson front desk and housekeeping staff!

Breakfast was quite limited to the local cuisine, didn't accomodate international cuisines. Cleanliness and Staff were amazing. Rooms were okay, TV was a bit old and didn't have Airplay / Bluetooth. Bathroom was great.
