Great
YYongzhiVery nice and decent hotel. It is located exactly at the center of Palermo ancient city. It is very convenient to walk to all main sightseeing sites and the central train station. The room I stay is 339, and it has a very nice balcony. Will defiantly come back.
CCourtneyWe had a fantastic stay at this quirky little boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us.
We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling.
The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and slightly unconventional stay in Palermo!
KKAKA2408Staff service attitude is good, bathroom wash basin blocked, soon improved, train cancelled due to wind, staff brother help us call to ask, Zhongti suggested that I go to the train station for a refund,

GGuest UserOld money style, convenient location, very close to the main shopping street, many restaurants around, you can walk to the main attractions, there are also grocery stores around, it is also convenient to buy small items. The room is not small, the extra bed is also quite comfortable, larger than the average European hotel room. The European breakfast is so-so, there is nothing wrong with it, the breakfast room on the top floor is not small, the service is friendly.
AAnonymous UserWe chose the old style room in the small paradise villa. Sergio greeted us warmly and our stay was very good and quiet. The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day. Nice place to get away from the city's noise.
GGuest UserLocated in the heart of downtown Palermo, it is a 10-second walk from the intersection of McEda Street and Vittorio Emanuele Street, which tourists will definitely pass by. Tourist spots such as the Royal Palace and the Cathedral were also within walking distance, and there were many restaurants around at night, so I was not troubled. I think the security side is the highest rank in Palermo city because the street is constantly pedestrian paradise until midnight. On the contrary, it was lively until late at night, but I didn't care because the room I stayed in did not face the main street. The restaurant, which also serves as a breakfast venue, was spacious around a beautiful courtyard and was an incredible space to be in the city center. The Sicilian specialty cannoli and fresh juice for breakfast were delicious. The staff was also very kind and responded immediately to the movement of suitcases and requests for amenities. If you go to Sicily for the first time, it is highly recommended as a hotel that is safe and convenient for sightseeing.
JJoanneZhuThe location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to many attractions, very close to the street of the Grand Theater, the facilities are relatively new, and the experience of staying is good.
There is only one option when booking, which is a single room for one person. After arriving at the hotel, you have to pay an additional 40 euros per night for the second person staying.
Close to the road, you can hear the sound of motorcycles at night.
Others are fine.
GGuest UserThe environment and service is wonderful, but there is a club across the street.about 200 meters away. So you can expect VERY loud music when they have party. AND in Italy it’s allow for loud music until midnight. Don’t even try to sleep early here.
GGuest UserI loved this beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of old Palermo. Located just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and wonderful outdoor markets, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Highlights for me were the attention to detail in the rooms and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the beautiful and tranquil courtyard. I cannot wait to go back.
