"We had a fantastic stay at this quirky little boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us.
We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling.
The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and slightly unconventional stay in Palermo!"

Amazing
AAmazing JulietteThe room is good overall, it should have just been renovated, it is quite new and modern, that is, the room is a little smaller, and then the shower is separate from the bed, it feels weird (because the toilet and sink are alone in the place where you enter the door), it may also be because of the old house renovation. (It is said that it used to be a palace), breakfast is American, almost every day, the variety has not changed much. Good location, can walk to most attractions. The service staff was very enthusiastic. Our tour guide was waiting downstairs. She also took the initiative to tell where the bathroom was, and also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding situation. Every time she went out, she greeted her warmly.
陈陈The best five-star hotel in the area, which is right next to the beach and very quiet. The room is small but the bathroom is very spacious. The breakfast is very exquisite and the environment is very good. Parking is free. Wi-Fi is not good enough.
KKAKA2408Staff service attitude is good, bathroom wash basin blocked, soon improved, train cancelled due to wind, staff brother help us call to ask, Zhongti suggested that I go to the train station for a refund,
AAnonymous UserWe chose the old style room in the small paradise villa. Sergio greeted us warmly and our stay was very good and quiet. The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day. Nice place to get away from the city's noise.
JJoanneZhuThe location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to many attractions, very close to the street of the Grand Theater, the facilities are relatively new, and the experience of staying is good.
There is only one option when booking, which is a single room for one person. After arriving at the hotel, you have to pay an additional 40 euros per night for the second person staying.
Close to the road, you can hear the sound of motorcycles at night.
Others are fine.
