"The staff are very friendly, and the room is clean with strong air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi. There’s also plenty of parking available.
However, the bidet needs replacing, and the breakfast buffet has a limited selection. The food we tried lacked flavor, which was disappointing. This is our second stay, and we had hoped the food would have improved, but unfortunately, it hasn’t.
That said, we would still return here when we need a place to relax and reset from work."

"Thank you for the warm welcome of the staff and owners. Everyone has been really helpful. Food is nice and cheap, rooms and resort are well maintained. There is scuba diving to do, don't expect too many divers to do group trips though. I went there with my family and it was great."

GGuest UserThis is our second room. It’s quite smaller than our first room but still the same service we received. On our second day, we went swimming. But the only con was the pool area is in different location and the pool is not heated. After 6pm,no more hotel driver available. So we dont have a choice but to ride in a tricycle just to get there. But then, there is a staff who assisted us and gave us fresh towels. I just hope that they will have a driver until 9pm. Because they said that the pool use is until 9pm. But then, we enjoyed our experience and surely would comeback here.
GGuest UserThis is my second time at Palm Beach. been here about 4 years ago. The room given to us is different from what we expected. they still offer full board meals but I would rate the buffet as below my expectation although there is a variation. Breakfast was better than dinner. The service was exceptional though. The staff attended to all of our concerns. There were mosquitoes in the hallway leading to the hotel rooms.
MMarieconHi Team,
Definitely will go back to this wonderful paradise!
This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble.
From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home.
We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest.
The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self.
Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back.
Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.
GGuest UserThis was an amazing trip! I haven't had a chance to write a review but here it goes.
1. The staff - Super amazing and friendly, always smiling and helpful.
2. The managers - great, caring, funny and always went above and beyond to help and accommodate.
3. Resort - Amazing ocean view and lots of activities, we went back 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. Lol
4. Room - clean and comfortable!
5. Food and drinks - delicious and amazing! One of the best in the Philippines.
I've been to many hotels and resorts worldwide, but this has been the top of all of my stays. The vibe, the friendliness, activities, food and drinks. I've never felt so relaxed and I didn't even need to use my phone. No stress and all good vibes! Waking up to see the ocean with a nice cup of coffee with smooth music, it makes the hours of drive (almost 4 hours one way) to there well worth it.
In my opinion, this was more than a stay, this was an unforgettable experience! We have been through the regular days and also the typhoon days, they have been amazing and helpful the whole time! It was definitely an adventure! Now I'm back in Florida again and I miss this place, but I'm planning a visit the Philippines next year and I will make this my top place to visit!
GGuest UserAmazing location and environment but: parking lot was full ( way too small) and we had to park far away and go by shuttle to the lobby. Also the breakfast area in the hotel is too small, we needed to walk to the next building. convenience store or supermarket nearby. The drain in the shower is too small and water raises and runs into the bathroom. The room is large but the furnituring is incomplete ( no second bed cabinet, no hanger, no rack for the luggage ). The staff was constantly stressed and overwhelmed by the high number of guests at the weekend. Nevertheless the stay was fine as the garden and the food was great.
GGuest UserWe booked 4 villa rooms for an overnight stay at Cintai Coritos. We loved that the place is tucked away from the city noise. It's a serene and relaxing environment.. the service staff greeted us with warmth and utmost respect and even offered to help us with our bags. The food is great though there not alot to choose from the menu list.
There are alot of stray cats in the area and they come to you for food which was not a problem for us feeding them but some of the cats gets aggressive, so children are not safe to be around those cats.
But over all, we enjoyed the place and we we're even allowed to stay past the check out time. I'd surely recommend this place to my friends and come back again in the future.
EEdyah Hazel OrroOverall, it was a great experience. The amenities were amazing — lots of activities to enjoy, whether you're into relaxing or staying active. You definitely won’t run out of things to do!
The food was delicious, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a room with a stunning view of Taal Volcano — waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable.
Cleanliness was good, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. There’s a little room for improvement, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment.
If you're looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fun activities, and breathtaking views, I highly recommend Canyon Woods!
GGuest UserWe stayed in Porto Novo Anilao Dive & Leisure Resort for 7 days 6 nights. The rooms are very clean and the food in their restaurant is very good. The F&B staff are friendly and the food is yummy. We did 16 dives with them. Thanks very much to instructor Mervin, JM and their dive team. They are professional, very friendly and make you feel like a VIP. They took us to several beautiful dive sites which I never think Anilao have them. I strongly recommend this resort and I am sure I will come back again.
Special thanks to Janet for the Lo Mei, JM for the Mei Hon and Halo Halo. Hope to see you all again very soon.
GGuest UserI stayed at La Luz Beach Resort with my dad and sister. Although we were out of season, it was an amazing experience. There was some construction going on but this didn’t bother us. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the services were great and the location was perfect. La Luz exceeded our expectations! Thank you to everyone there for a wonderful and memorable stay.
AAnonymous UserThey give their best to provide good quality service to their guests. The cabin family rooms are huge but room amenities are just okay. Heater just needs some fixing since it suddenly changes temperature. There’s a lot of activities to do and food are decent tasting for the price. Overall, i highly recommend the place
