Amazing
GGuest UserEverything was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt. Thank you for everything 🙏

Great
GGuest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.
GGuest UserThis hotel is really good: the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is convenient – right in the city center, and the breakfasts are delicious – a glass of good champagne at breakfast is a definite bonus! The room has a coffee machine, a kettle, and unlimited bottled water; cleaning is thorough every day. The Michelin-starred restaurant (and it truly is) on the top floor is expensive, but the food is exquisite.
Minor drawbacks: the coffee at breakfast is simply awful (I'd even read about this in other reviews) – terrible black, and even worse with milk (was it spoiled or something?) – this isn't acceptable for a 5-star hotel. Also, toothpaste is only available upon request, the shower smells musty, and there are no shelves to place toiletries.
But these are all minor details; overall, I enjoyed my stay. I'll recommend it and will definitely come back next time.
WWenmenglThe room is good, standard Hilton style, the breakfast is very good, the location is good, about 600-700 meters from St. Sava Church and St. Mark Church, about 10 minutes walk. The bedside lamp is very unique, a bit like the style of a homestay, which is obviously different from other Hilton hotels. By the way, the electric kettle in the room can be bought in China, the best bulk purchase is less than 100 yuan, and the 10 yuan electric kettle in the room does not match the Hilton brand.
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful , located on Belgrade 's main street, in its centre, 30 steps from the Republic 's Square, the National Museum, streets with restaurants and fairs.
Here are wonderful, comfortable rooms, excellent service - we asked to print documents, additional hygiene means - we went everywhere to meet. I would like to celebrate breakfast, - diverse, fresh, and stylistic restaurant, with a view on Prince Michael Street. I leave with great impressions!

Very Good
GGuest UserVery nice and high class hotel at the center of Belgrade. Food at the restaurant is also good quality but little over priced. I’ve been staying at this hotel since 3-4 years already. It’s my regular stop over spot in Serbia. However, this year they charge for parking!?. Which is 25€ fixed price, without any exception. This is simply too much. Like a soft rubbery to be frank. I pay less in Amsterdam or Paris for parking which is a big deal in those cities. I hope the management understands that this is a decision changing fact for most of the customers.
GGuest User1. Hotel Location: Average. Walking to major attractions like the cathedral takes 20-30 minutes or more; however, if you have time to explore at your own pace, it's fine.
2. Hotel Overall Design: Good, from the layout and color scheme to the materials used. The only inconvenience is the one-way elevator; the hotel is large and long, and with only one elevator, you have to walk a very long way to reach your room.
3. Hotel Facilities: Acceptable. Two things I think this level of hotel definitely needs to improve: a. There's no bidet on the left side; b. The shower room doesn't even have a door…
4. Hotel Service: Acceptable. Special praise goes to the staff member pictured in the attached photo. Our car battery died, and this staff member stayed with us for about 30 minutes, diligently helping to solve the problem. In the end, I had to flag down a taxi for a jump start, but during the process, this hotel staff member kept checking the battery and studying the condition of the car, successfully locating the battery and successfully jump-starting the car.
5. Hotel Cleanliness: Everything else is fine, except some mirrors weren't completely clean, as shown in the attached photo.
AAnonymous UserStayed for three nights, it was very good, the breakfast was also delicious. I thought there were few vegetables here, but the various cucumber, tomato and lettuce sashimi were enough to satisfy us. There were also various sauces, not just sweet sauces, there was a salty sauce mixed with onions that was particularly delicious.

Good
Ttanyaontv24The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere.
The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase.
Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom.
According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
