Aside from the official Hilton brand, that's about it. There was a city-wide protest, but the protest was right in front of the hotel. I waited outside for almost four hours. Shops were closed, police blocked the roads, and people were protesting. I went inside to drink a few glasses of water from the front desk, but the staff gave me several dirty looks. Seriously, I didn't have water for four hours because of the road closures. If I could buy water, I wouldn't have. They didn't even offer to bring me two bottles of water so late. Sigh.

The room is very good. It is close to the airport. Facing the sun, you can see the scenery outside. The location is also very convenient. It is not far from the shopping mall. After dinner, you can take a walk back to the hotel to rest. It was a good experience. If I have the opportunity to come again in the future, I will choose this place again

At first glance, it felt very good. The room was a ”Japanese/Eastern” style understood by Europeans, and the decoration was special. The front desk service is very good, breakfast is also included, breakfast tastes very good. Room facilities are OK, there is a coffee machine, the bed is very comfortable, but the advantages are over. But there are the following questions: First, there is no elevator, and you need to carry your suitcase upstairs. The second, the room is very hot, very hot, in March in the room wearing short sleeves will sweat, can not open the cold air conditioner. Third, the sound insulation is not very good, people on the street outside can hear clearly. Fourth, the room decoration, ceiling, and many other places are mirrors, people who mind should pay attention. And I don't know if it is also because of the mirror, or the building itself. When the room is quiet at night, there will be a sound similar to the sound of glass beads falling on the ground. So unless the price is very cheap, it is recommended to choose a big-name hotel, because the price is really not high.

The location is excellent, right next to Prince Mihailova Street in Belgrade's Old Town. The National Museum, Opera House, Republic Square, and the famous Kalemegdan Fortress are all nearby. It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and transportation. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. The TV even displayed my name with a welcome message upon turning it on. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and they offered free luggage storage. Although the restaurant is small, the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The price is moderate, offering good value for money. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a wonderful location and a wonderful spa area (very welcome after a busy day in Belgrade). Delicious breakfast and a beautifully decorated breakfast room! On our first night, we were checked in to a room of a lower category than we had booked. This room had beautiful decor, high ceilings, lots of light, and a coffee machine (but no coffee capsules). The next day, after we informed them of the room category, after lunch, we were given the room we had originally paid for (superior with a sofa) on the 4th floor. However, it was less comfortable than the standard room, the walls weren't quite clean, and it wasn't as beautifully decorated as the standard room. However, there were two coffee capsules. I can note that both rooms have exceptionally clean bathrooms, very good plumbing, and hot water pressure. Upon checkout, the staff apologized for the misunderstanding with the room category, and we didn't pay the city tax or two coffees. Thank you very much for a wonderful time in Belgrade!

To put it mildly, the hotel isn't new. The service quality is excellent, but the small details indicate it's not a 5-star property. It's a 4-star, at most. Cons: There's no outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer, only in the hallway. The outlet is positioned too low, and the cord is short. You'd have to dry your hair on your knees. (This really makes you question the '5-star' rating.) I had a twin room, and the two beds were quite narrow. Again, not what you'd expect from a 5-star. The breakfast was decent and varied for Europe or Serbia. I didn't use any other services.

Very nice and high class hotel at the center of Belgrade. Food at the restaurant is also good quality but little over priced. I’ve been staying at this hotel since 3-4 years already. It’s my regular stop over spot in Serbia. However, this year they charge for parking!?. Which is 25€ fixed price, without any exception. This is simply too much. Like a soft rubbery to be frank. I pay less in Amsterdam or Paris for parking which is a big deal in those cities. I hope the management understands that this is a decision changing fact for most of the customers.

I really loved this hotel! I highly recommend it. It's located right in the city center, with all the main attractions within walking distance. There are bus stops nearby, including one for the free airport shuttle. The interior is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel also has its own restaurant, and the food there is very tasty too. They offer a 10% discount when you dine there during your stay.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days. I want to separately highlight three strengths: 1. Staff. This is the main dignity of the hotel! At the respiratory, always met with a smile, answered quickly to all questions.It is evident that people really like their work and care for the guests. Thank you very much for the hospitality and attentive attitude! 2. Breakfast. Breakfasts are just great! Great choice: there were both eggs/omlets, fresh vegetables, and quality cheeses, sausages, baking.  3. Room. In the room (standard double room) there was all you need: comfortable bed, clean clothes, modern bathroom, good shower. All the equipment (teaker, coffee machine) worked well. Cleanness and order on five. No complaints. The location is also very convenient - in step-to-step access to sights. I definitely recommend this hotel and I am happy to stay here next time!
