"I stayed in the apartment for one night, as I had a long layover in Belgrade. I had three suitcases and when I was looking for where to stay, I specifically had the elevator filter on. However, the apartment does not have an elevator which works. I had to drag up my luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. There was someone to help me when I arrived, however I was checking out at 3am and had to do it myself. Please, be aware that if you have luggage, a stroller or disabilities, this place won’t be right for you! The residences should update their profile. The overall apartment was nice and fits the photos, however the elevator was an issue as I specifically looked for hotels or apartments with an elevator and had it in my filters."

"The room was very confortable in all aspects. In particular the shower was very pleasant and working perfecty. Bed linen were changed daily and were amazingly perfectly ironed and immaculate, a real pleasure. Air conditioning could be regulated from the room and was working very well despite the very high temperature outside. Boiler and coffe machine were available. The room was very well insulated and quiet. There is a 18 m underground pool kept at 28 degrees and generally not crowded with a confortable relaxing area, free access for the hotel guest. The forniture in all hotel, expecially in the lobby is beautiful and unique. Service is perfect, a special mention to the very good concierge service: the 2 employees are both very knowledgeable and willing to help and were a precious source of advice on what to do and where to eat during all our stay. Breakfast area is in a small garden outside, very pleasant. Unexpectedly there is only a small buffet for breakfast, the rest is a la cart. Unusual for such a high level hotel, probably due to the relatively small number of rooms. But no problem once you get used to it, and good quality. Location is very central and almost everything is at walking distance. Price is high but adeguate to what you get. In total a very good experience and I would reccomend this hotel to anybody who has the appropriate budget."

"I had mixed feelings about my stay. First, the positives: the staff were outstanding. The front desk team, concierge, and everyone I interacted with were genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to help. They were easily the highlight of my stay and deserve recognition. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to what I’d expect from a 5-star hotel. At check-in, I asked if there was an option to upgrade to a better room. I was shown a Superior Room, but it overlooked construction, so I chose to keep my original Deluxe Room. After checking in, I immediately noticed a strong smell in the room. I reported it, and a staff member came to inspect it, saying it would take a few hours to resolve. At that point, I expected the hotel to proactively move me to another comparable room. Instead, there was no apology, and I was eventually moved to a much smaller room without the bathtub that my original room had. Since the process had already taken quite a while, I decided not to push the issue further. The excellent staff made a positive impression, but the way this situation was handled fell short of the standard I’d expect from a 5-star property."

"This hotel is really good: the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is convenient – right in the city center, and the breakfasts are delicious – a glass of good champagne at breakfast is a definite bonus! The room has a coffee machine, a kettle, and unlimited bottled water; cleaning is thorough every day. The Michelin-starred restaurant (and it truly is) on the top floor is expensive, but the food is exquisite. Minor drawbacks: the coffee at breakfast is simply awful (I'd even read about this in other reviews) – terrible black, and even worse with milk (was it spoiled or something?) – this isn't acceptable for a 5-star hotel. Also, toothpaste is only available upon request, the shower smells musty, and there are no shelves to place toiletries. But these are all minor details; overall, I enjoyed my stay. I'll recommend it and will definitely come back next time."

"Everything was going well initially. The location was in the old town, the environment was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was warm. However, the reception the next morning was ridiculous. Since we arrived late and there was no one at the front desk, we checked in automatically. The next day, there was still no one at the front desk at 9:30 am. When we were checking out at 10 am, the receptionist stopped us, asked us to register, and photocopy our passports. Then they tried to collect a city tax from us (for both of us: me and my 6-year-old daughter), which was truly laughable. They even claimed it was a government tax, not theirs. I argued with them, telling them that if they wanted to collect it, they could have emailed us before check-in or clearly stated on the booking page that a city tax was required (like hotels in France). I hadn't seen any notification from them, so I absolutely refused to pay this fee. Seeing that I was clear-headed and logical, the receptionist let us leave."
