Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Hygiene: The breakfast is terrible and there are few choices. I don't know if there are few guests. Many heating tops are empty. It does not meet the hotel's positioning. It is not as good as a homestay. There are flies. Environment: The room is not big. I arrived at night and could not see the sea. It is halfway up the mountain. The price-performance ratio is not high. I think it is a bit worse than I expected. Service: No one helped with the luggage, and the front desk did not speak good English.

Beautiful location by the beach. Excellent service, a friendly employee even carried my suitcase up to my room which I didn’t expect at the price. The room was freshly renovated and with all the amenities required for a short stay. I left fully satisfied!

Nice pool, clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, love the pastries as it was so fresh and delicious!

Great hotel. Everything was very nice. Excellent rooms, clean, chic view on the sea. Your beach. Food is very tasty, diverse, sweets are chic. Some staff speak Russian. Service at the height. I really want to come back here again.

Отличная локация. Замечательная пляжная зона. Наличие в отеле клиентоориентированного  и толкового русскоговорящего менеджера Томирис. Рекомендую для неприхотливых к питанию молодых людей, любящих тишину и покой. Территории для прогулок нет. Анимации и музыки тоже. Крутые ступени делают отдых для пожилых людей и семей с детьми проблематичным. Практически одни турки, которые на ужине соревнуются не по еде, а по количеству выкуренных пачек табака сомнительного качества. Персонал почти не говорит по английски. Проф официантов нет. Поэтому ваша заказанная тарелка может путешествовать по залу в поисках заказчика. На завтраках можно не дождаться гарсона. Поэтому берите  все в свои руки. Главное: это отличное  море и ресторан в двух минутах от любого номера. Винное предложение поразило  даже искушенного виномана. Жаль что оно было недолгим. В целом отель понравился локацией, морем и маленьким количеством гостей.

The rooms are wonderful, there is no doubt about the cleanliness both in the room and in the restaurant There was no negative aspect of our holiday, if you don't want to bother with small things it is a wonderful holiday place. Staff very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The overnight staff at the front desk and restaurant had an incredible sense of service and customer support. The property was sad, bathroom stank of backflow, many parts of the property were broken. The defense from the staff was that it was low season (winter) but if low season is like that I wonder how bad summer will be. It feels like a property that a uber rich Qatari sheikh bought and then asked to make it look like Santorini. Gaudy interiors of the room but lacking basic requirements.

The hotel is old and very tired, cleaning so much, in the rooms almost everything is broken (shoulder holder, wall lamp). The bathrooms at the pool are closed. Service at the bar and restaurant is disgusting - you can wait an hour for ordered dishes. The staff speaks very badly English, there is nothing to dream about Russian. The main contingent of guests is locals who come to hang out for the weekend. The hotel does not call all inclusive - the Swedish table is not available, order during lunch and dinner on the menu (only on breakfast the Swedish table, but it is very scarce and unflavorable, only cheese and vegetables on grill). No matter how long you went - eviction at 12, and if you evictioned, but, for example, wait a few hours before going to the airport, - lying and swimming pool can use, all the rest for an additional fee (no eating, no drinking at lunch will give). The only advantage of this hotel is its location relative to the airport. And the sea is relatively clean (taking into account that you swim at the dock with boats). The price ratio - quality is categorically not consistent. We traveled three, paid 24000 rubles per day for a three-bedroom room. It is unduly expensive for this place.
