Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were very professional and well-organized 👌. The cleanliness in the corridors was excellent ✨. We had originally booked a garden-view villa with a pool, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more beautiful sea-view villa 🌊, with a very generous discount 💰 — definitely a great gesture that deserves recognition. When we arrived at the villa, everything was beyond expectations: absolute peace and quiet 🕊️, comfort 😌, cleanliness ✨, and a stunning view 🌴. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and dreamy 🌟. Some constructive notes: • The food prices felt too high 🍽️, especially considering such bookings should ideally include more meals like other luxury resorts. • The resort was extremely quiet 😴 — while that’s relaxing, it would be great to add some fun activities or light entertainment 🎶 to make the experience more complete. Overall, it was a truly luxurious stay, with friendly staff and an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended 🌟.

Hotel location is good to find, there is a small brother at the door to help with parking, luggage, etc., but the hotel decoration style is general, but the room is still very good, there is an open-air balcony, very close to the beach, watching is a big swimming pool . The room is very soundproof and there is no loud noise. However, the hotel's other services are more general, Ctrip reservations do not include breakfast, compared to the hotel price, the price is average, but the overall environmental sanitation is very good.

Reception is attentive and client oriented. Paid upgrade to Garden view (to get king bed instead of twin bed) was not worth it. Breakfast very good and restaurant Attiko top notch. Although tried to reserve Folie Beach sunbeds in advance, got as hotel guest only on a waiting list. Quiet embarrassing. Hotel’s own beach sunbeds are not so comfy and too close to Holiday Inn’s beach.

The hotel is a bit tired. We stayed in an apartment, which was quite large and had everything we needed. We could request dishwasher and washing machine supplies at reception, where the lady working there was very nice—a special thank you! But the furniture, plumbing, and spa area are in serious need of renovation. The breakfasts were okay, but nothing special. The location was important to us; there's probably no better hotel nearby. The spa area has a warm pool, which is nice in November because all the other open ones are either very cold or closed. We drove, and there's underground parking. The hotel is okay, but for the money, we've had better in Turkey. Perhaps after the renovations, it will be better, but we're unlikely to return if we ever return to Bodrum.

The hotel offers beautiful facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent water park that children will truly enjoy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by a disappointing level of service. Service around the pools was virtually non-existent, and the dining area was often poorly maintained, with tables left uncleared for extended periods. It was also common to wait a long time for basic items such as cutlery. In addition, the food selection was quite repetitive, with very little variety throughout our stay. Having visited Bodrum several times and stayed at a number of resorts in the area, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing in terms of service. I expected a much higher standard, especially given the hotel’s facilities and reputation. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality resort with attentive service, I would recommend considering other options. I left feeling disappointed and, unfortunately I’m happy to leave

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

Just left the Labranda TMT hotel. What can I say, he certainly does not pull at 5 stars and close. I paid for two for 140 euros a day in early October 2025 and for that kind of money I, in principle, is not so offensive. It is more expensive. Immediately about the good - we accidentally got the best hotel room - a two -room room with two bathrooms and balconies, on the ground floor and a view of the sea (apparently there was an overbooking). The pool without heating and swim is very cold (we knew that). Water in the sea is warmer than the pool. Ponton is new, there are a lot of sun loungers, but of course almost everything in the morning is Met and occupy. SPA is one name, you should not count on it. One sauna warms up, the second room in the tile and stinks of mold. Hamam, whom I was looking forward to standing with an open door and there they will scrub and soap people for money, there is no couple at all. From the children's at the hotel, only 2 slides (work by the clock), a couple of tables in a restaurant, a non -room and miniDisko (children's food are not provided at all). We go to an important one - the hotel is ideal for vegorians! The meat can be found with great difficulty and then it will be a chicken or turkey. Once there were microde beefs in the mountain of stewed vegetables. Grill fish was overdried. Free potatoes and pasta, soda, rolls, chemical juices around the clock. I tried alcohol only beer (excellent) and white wine dry (my head fell ill). I didn’t dare anymore, I drank my proven rum. The waiters, the maids of all fellows, traditionally want money in the spa. I did not notice the animation in 4 days - only once there was charging in the pool, but very incendiary and karaoke in the evening. Music yells up to 23 hours stably, so the doors vibrate. They smoke everything and everywhere (as in the whole of Turkey). The contingent are ordinary ordinary people, more often not youth, many Poles, Germans, there are Russian ones (there were no instadards). The location is very good - we walked to the castle and back on foot. Near the hotel there is migros and shock. A taxi stand in front of the hotel. We left for the airport for 1600 lire. In general, if you are not tempted by chic hotels with seafood, animation and cocktails in the pool, then you will definitely like it.
