It was a good pit stop on our way to Grande Prairie. No air conditioning in the room but there was a fan. It was quiet

property is old but well kept. our room was pleasantly large and opened onto the pool. extremely clean and comfortable. would not hesitate to stay at this facility again. the breakfast was good. don't let the old appearance fool you this is a great place to stay!

The staff was friendly, but waited at the front desk for quite a few minutes before a staff member showed up tp check us in. Rang the bell and no one came. The room was clean, but the hallway was quite dirty. The pool area was nice and there were plenty of towels.

It was nice that they have fixed it up, but it still smelled old when you walked inside

We had some employees staying at the hotel and they were ejected for a messy room, however no one bothered a courtesy call to us first before ejecting them, the issue could have been corrected internally. So they had to find another accommodation for their last 3 nights.

It was a great stay kids loved the pool and breakfast options were great, sound proofing isn't the best could hear lots and even when someone next door ro above us having a shower. Other then that was a great stay.

Staff friendly. Rooms and lobby clean. Would have preferred an elevator.

I got a chemical burn from the hot tub. It wasnt until we realized my bathing suit had been completely drained of color and bleach dyed white how much chemical was in the water. We were only in there for 20 minutes. From there i ended up with chemical burns on sensitive areas on my body, my bathing suit was distroyed. I thought it was heavy on the chemical but we had no idea how bad until we saw my rash starting it go so much worse.

The only bad thing about the motel is there are two stories and no elevator, which is a detrement for seniors.

My room was freezing and the thermostat was coming off the wall I had to move rooms again … inconvenient

Room number 127 is right next to exit door, at least till 3 pm the exit door opened and closed with a loud bang frequently

Overall was good, shower cleanliness was not good.

We attended the wedding. It was right across the street. Super convenient. Staff were friendly. Room smelled amazing. Continental breakfast was good.
