Hotel Radika

The hotel was very dirty.The floor,the bathtub and they never changes the sheets and towel. The walls were cracked and with spots.The furniture very old and without the relevant parts also with spots and with scratches.The light was very low and in some places the lighting spots were missing. The billiard room was very dirty and full of empty glasses and alcohol bottles and the tables were covered in ashes The only good thing was the spa,view,service and acceptable food but I dont recommend it.Also they didn't even give us the motorbikes that happened to be there to explore the area.We booked and junior suite and end with and superior double room because the junior suite smells,very bad condition. nothing is like in the picture

A 5 star hotel that does not justify one star The hotel from the outside looks promising with a beautiful view and the service is good, we got a first room with a smell of mold, dirty carpets, a noisy air conditioner, mattresses with stains and sheets with hairs, we asked to change rooms and got a second room with a worse smell of mold, we changed again to a third room, although We ordered an air-conditioned room and received it without air conditioning, a broken electrical outlet, the shower faucet not working properly, holes in the ceiling, sheets with a bad smell, wireless connection very slow and disconnecting all the time, the hotel is neglected, dirty and broken, poor lighting in the corridors and rooms, very dark, in the spa the jacuzzi is dirty with cold water the pool is broken there was no one at the reception of the spa, in addition to that I didn't sleep at all because of 3 dogs barking outside the room window all night, in the morning we didn't shower because there is no hot water, we gave up breakfast and just ran away, this hotel needs immediate renovation until then I don't recommend getting close to him.

Dirty and old hotel, no food choices, the road that leads there is damaged and dangerous. P.S you cant stay in the swimming pool with any clothes on besides a bikini ( even if its freezing) staff will not allow to wear anything else. I would not recommend this hotel

Hotel Radika was a very high rated hotel in Mavrovo years ago, new owners and new management, completely disorganized - plate of a finished meal was placed next to the elevator level 1, nobody picked it up for the next two days … horrible, ruined hotel. Highly recommend to definitely avoid !

Terrifying and very dissapointing! The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. So dirty, disgusting, and very very depresive enteriour. Far from even 1 star unfortunately. Wouldn't go even for only 1 night anymore. The only good thing is the view to the lake and that's definitly not the reason why we would go to this hotel. We hoped for skiing and some nice relaxation at spa.. but won't even open the spa discussion.. the water in the pool was darkly and outside the pool water all over the floor covering our feet. Food in the restaurant was totally tasteless. I mean how likely you are to get a mushroom risotto bad?! STRONGLY NOT RECCOMMANDED!

For a 5 star hotel, the place is average in best. Stayed for a weekend, there was no hot water (working on the problem), pool and spa were ok, but not the cleanest. Water in shower was brown??? Room was ok, towels and all, but nothing that resembles 5 star. Prices are extremely high. You would want to eat and drink outside in another places. I don't recomend the hotel, you should book some other place

HORRIBLE PLACE !!! If anyone ever tells you to come here please do not trust them. Its the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The AC does not work during night time, the hotel stops it, you cannot breathe during night so i have stayed up all night here. Got sick my head hurt. The pool is terrible and dirty and smelly, the spa is terrible, the rooms are terrible, everything is terrible. The glasses in the restaurant were always dirty and everything is overpriced. There is nothing to do here during summer and there is no place to walk. The bathroom was horrible it had hair everywhere and im never coming back here. This is the first and the last time in this HORRIBLE hotel.

The food was not good, first of all there wasnt enough, then it was just not good, you did not have choices, i ate meat one night and the meat wasnt even made properly, the meat of a burger wasnt cooked well enough, the salad and the vegetables werent fresh they looked like they have beek cut a week ago. The room was nice, nut the pool was small. The price was just to big, one botle of water was 1.50 euros...

The view is amazing from a superior lake view room. This is definitely not 5star hotel (towels old and thin, 3 hangers in the closet, rooms dark-impossible to write or read after sunset, breakfast moderate...). Rooms have some big strange second-hand old furniture with broken handles, dark walls, 2 bed side reading lamps (only lighting in the room). Maintenance is not their strong side (as we heard some rooms are in bad condition in bathrooms and room in general). Our room safe was locked and we couldn't use it. The staff is not polite (especially reception) and not very helpful. I would not come back or recommend this hotel.
