Very good and cozy . Friendly and helpful employees, very good room. Breakfast is not at the level of the hotel!

The hotel very nice and clean good for the customers have a late night flight and need somewhere to stay. The hotel give you a relaxing feel after long flight also have a green area around the hotel but the one make you feel good is a bigger pool we loved it and we’re recommended to stay here if you need relaxed

200baht for second key card Requested to have king bed but hotel staff refused, only available if we agreed to pay for a surcharge upgrade. We paid but still dared to give us two double bed put together. Extra bottles of water are also have a charge of 20baht.

Nice decorated hotel with relaxing resort feeling. Near the airport for early travellers. I must say it is nice and cozy for the room. Was very comfortable. Just 1 down side is the attitude of the main desk lobby staff, maybe it can be better. The key was not working and not changed after we complaint, they just left the matter aside. Especially pick up services was so long as well. Other than that, all is good and also I think I will most likely go back there again. And hopefully the staff attitude has been improved as well.

Not in the most convenient locations however a free airport shuttle bus makes up for this. Rooms are clean and spacious, pool is outstanding, many fine amenities and well worth a visit.

Receptionists should pay more attention to customers and explain various information about the hotel. Overall, this is a great... The entrance building is very dilapidated.. Small insects were found in the room with stains on the bed sheets... considered acceptable... Overall, this is acceptable..

The location is excellent. Not far from Mega Bangna. Check-in staffs are helpful. Room is not big but cozy. Pool view is excellent. Food at Karaked is superb. The 299 special Prawn Salad set is super value. Swimming Pool design is exceptional with multi functions well blended. Great for a long weekend.

The hotel is located near Suvannabum Airport. The overall was good as we stayed in the hotel, however, the receptionist wasn't helpful for us.
