Hyatt Place St Augustine/Vilano Beach

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

I think for what the hotel charges, the least they can offer for free is a couple of bottle of water and not sell them. Also they attitude if the people at the reception is not the most desired. Finally they didn’t offer a final receipt to check all the charges. They must do this with every customer we no matter what. The cleaning personnel was extremely friendly. Finally, they shouldn’t charge for parking. Other hotels of the same category very close don’t charge for parking. I found this very expensive and inconvenient

Such a beautiful hotel, inside and out! We love staying there for our daughter’s wedding close by. The room is spacious and gorgeous. Love the art deco! The rooftop bar is fun and the food is delicious. The breakfast included with the stay was top-notch. Thank you for such, great service and a beautiful place. We are excited to go back.

It could have been better but they made me waste time check in. The room was not ready, which you pay to have it ready becof you leave late check out they charge you a later fee. I think if they are not ready this they should hire more staff.

Absolutely first rate. Room and amenities excellent. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Miguel was most helpful and his dining options were much appreciated. Dinner was very good.

The hotel it’s new so everything was well let and clean, staff was nice and helpful. The location it’s perfect as well!

The bed was too soft. Both my wife and I got back pain from sleeping on the mattress. We left one day early because we couldn't sleep well on the mattress.

One night stay for a concert at the Amp. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel. Excellent shower, excellent light-blocking shades. Quiet. Excellent bar and bartender - Tigre.

Everything in the place is spectacular. I went with my husband and we had a great time. The beach is close and with the location you can see the sunset and sunrise. The restaurant that is there in the hotel called Pesca is divine, the food and the service are also excellent. And if you want to have a wonderfully good afternoon, the rooftop is the best option. The historic district is only 7 minutes away.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
