MMi_HaWell designed, compact but quite functional, very good ventilation, washing machine and towels of good quality.
For those who don’t have WeChat application maybe be it’s not the appropriate place to stay.
The room was nice but didn’t quite understand the policies of that accommodation, specifically about “daily housekeeping”.

MMatjazzzzzAfter my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home.
I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level.
You are not just a customer you are almost like family.
Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect.
2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc.
This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended.
Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

MM370098****Berstden Cinema Apartment is truly excellent. The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian food street, Qinghui Garden, and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, with new bedding and a large projection TV, making for a very comfortable stay. Unlike a traditional hotel, it's well-equipped with facilities like a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and both hot and cold air conditioning. The staff were very warm, attentive, and efficient. Any requests were handled immediately. The experience was fantastic. Highly recommended. I'll definitely come again.

The environment is very hygienic, and there are aunties cleaning regularly every day. The hotel service is very good and hospitable. As long as the customers have needs, they will try their best to meet them. The hotel air conditioning is cool, the washing machine is also very good, and there are necessary items such as hair dryers and water heaters. Recommended!

The room's overall cleanliness was excellent. The floors were spotless, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was odor-free with toiletries neatly arranged. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, making for a truly relaxing and pleasant stay. The surrounding amenities are also top-notch; there's a bustling commercial area right downstairs with countless food options. You can easily find breakfast, lunch, or late-night snacks, with a wide variety and good taste – perfect for a food crawl.
The hotel staff provided excellent service. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and the staff were warm, polite, and responsive to any requests. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, and it offers great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. GGuest UserThis was a most interesting experience for me as all arrangements were made by WeChat. When I arrived at the hotel reception room on the 10th floor, there was a QR code to scan with WeChat and that connected us with hotel management. They walked me through the check-in and assigned me a room on the 14th floor, giving me the code for the key-less entry device on the door. Each morning I would get a message from the management, asking if I needed anything or if the room needed to be cleaned. Requested service and items were delivered in a timely manner.
The room itself was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, there was a small refrigerator and clothes washer, as well as a large storage unit, suitable for hanging clothes and storing luggage. There were two large windows in the corner room, giving two different views from the 14th floor.
The location of the hotel made it easy to find once you knew what to look for. Arriving by F1 subway to Wanhua Station (stop 20) I used exit A and came out with a clear view of the 7-11 store, through which you need to go to get to the elevators. There is also a mall within a couple of doors from the 7-11 which offers lots of restaurants with delicious food selections.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

He is kind enough to store it till I check in again probably in March 2025 after the month long ***** New Year celebrations.

TTriantropicI often stay at this hotel when I need to get around Foshan. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My room was equipped with everything I needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well. There was even a kettle and an extra fan. I also needed to wash some clothes... The staff assigned me this room, which had a small refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine in the bathroom. The surrounding area is well-connected. The bus stop and subway station are just a few meters away!
