Exceeded expectations, it was great! The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. What really stood out to me was that all the service staff could sit while working, which I think is excellent. I believe all hotel front desks should encourage sitting, there's no need to stand all the entire time. The bar on the 20th floor was very stylish, and the birthday decorations that the hotel helped arrange in advance were also lovely. The pool was very clean too. Highly recommend staying here.

This time, I came to Foshan with a friend and chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Foshan Nanhai. The entire stay was very satisfying, and I must especially commend Kitty from the staff! When we communicated in advance, we hoped that my friend's room and mine would be on the same floor for convenience. Kitty was very patient and meticulously helped us coordinate room availability, successfully arranging us on the same floor, which solved our biggest request. Her service throughout was warm and attentive, responding quickly to any issues. She even thoughtfully prepared a small welcome gift for our check-in, which was a lovely touch and made us feel very warm. The hotel lobby is grand, the rooms are clean, and the hardware facilities are up to standard. The thoughtful service made this reunion with my friend even more enjoyable. It truly lives up to the Crowne Plaza name, with excellent attention to detail in service. It's highly recommended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Foshan!

Great hotel with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made fruit smoothies.I was exhuasted of work and the lobby very comfortable 🤣😘 The location is also very convenient. My first time staying at this Sheraton, and while it's not brand new, it offers great value for money. The room had a small balcony, and the location is excellent! From the hotel, a taxi to Fengjian Water Town was about 46 RMB (a bit far), to Fisherman's Wharf was about 17 RMB, and it took only 9 minutes to get to Daliang Shunde Fisherman's Village for dim sum... As a stopover and resupply point, it's more than sufficient. Big shout-out to Gavin Zhao Peilin at the front desk! He was incredibly helpful with his detailed recommendations; clearly, he's a local who knows all the best places to eat and drink.

Choosing Hilton was definitely the right decision. The security guard at the entrance was very polite when we parked, and the front desk staff was friendly and patient. Initially, there was a small issue during check-in where I got a bit upset about the room and complained. Manager Ryssin understood the situation and patiently provided a reasonable explanation, which immediately calmed me down, and he quickly helped resolve the problem. I have to give a thumbs-up 👍🏻. This kind of attitude and service made me feel very comfortable, and that's what matters, especially since the outcome left me very satisfied. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. It's very close to Fisherman's Wharf, and there's a mall right next to it, making dining very convenient. During my stay, Manager Ryssin also checked in with me to see how things were going and offered his help if I needed anything. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time; they truly delivered on emotional value.

I've stayed at Crowne Plaza hotels in different cities, and they usually maintain a consistent standard of service and quality for the brand. However, my recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Foshan Chancheng (Zumiao) left me disappointed. First, the good points: The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was very professional and enthusiastic. After dropping off our luggage, we went out to explore and find something to eat. A gentleman in a white shirt, who I assume was in charge of traffic at the entrance, saw us using our phones for navigation and immediately came over to offer directions. We ran into him again after our meal and stroll and had a brief chat. Now, for the unsatisfactory parts: Pool Service and Hygiene: When I arrived at the pool, the lady at the reception desk was on the phone and didn't greet me immediately. I even had to ask if I needed to register before she told me to fill out a form, sign, show my room card, and then gave me a locker key. While swimming, one swimmer was quite disgusting, constantly spitting by the edge of the pool. The staff didn't stop him, and they couldn't possibly have missed it because the pool's roof (see photo) would echo the sound of him clearing his throat. It was so disgusting that I only swam briefly and then left. When I left, the reception lady didn't even say goodbye; she was just looking at her phone. Buffet Restaurant Service and Food Quality: We had dinner at the hotel's buffet restaurant because there was a special offer. The service staff and the young men and women clearing tables were all very good. However, two female chefs had an indifferent attitude and lacked enthusiasm. The variety of dishes was rich, and each person received an abalone, but some of the hot dishes were rather cold. Breakfast: The lattes and cappuccinos from the coffee machines were not hot. I tried two different machines, and the coffee was only warm or room temperature. Despite the issues mentioned above, the overall hotel experience was still satisfactory. Several male staff members in grey suits were very helpful, enthusiastic, and polite.

The service was exceptional, very patient throughout my stay, and they even upgraded my room for free! The room itself was spotless, and the night view was absolutely stunning. It was an amazing check-in experience, truly making it feel special. Highly recommended!

The aquarium in the lobby was a unique touch, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The pool and gym facilities were also comprehensive. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, it was a five-star experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Foshan. Highly recommended!

🏨 Foshan@Shunde Lesso Courtyard Hotel | Kids' room captivated my children! My two kids and I stayed in the Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf themed family room, and we were instantly amazed when we opened the door 🤩 It's simply a room designed for kids to burn off energy! The little tent was also Pleasant Goat themed 🐑, and the two brothers immediately dove in, chattering away. One moment they were pretending to have a meeting in Goat Village, the next they were plotting to catch Big Big Wolf. With the digital building blocks, they put their heads together to build a Goat Village castle 🥳. The room details were also incredibly thoughtful. The floor-to-ceiling windows had excellent sound insulation and fantastic natural light ☀️. When the sun shone in, the whole room was bright, bright, bright! The space was so generous that the kids could run around without feeling cramped at all. The family dinner set meal 🍱 could be delivered to the room – a godsend for lazy people, haha! They had both Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was quite good. The hotel's breakfast buffet had a huge variety 🥐, including freshly made noodles 🍜, Cantonese dim sum 🥧, fresh fruits 🍉… Eating a good breakfast gave us more energy to play. The hotel facilities were absolutely top-notch 👍: It had its own ”Candy House Kids' Paradise 🎠” + pickleball court 🏀, where you could literally 'drop off' the kids to expend their energy. Do the adults want to relax? The gym 🏋️ and heated swimming pool 🏊 were available anytime. Downstairs was Yingshen Plaza, with a large supermarket and plenty of food options 🍜, making it super convenient for an evening stroll and finding a meal. 🌏 The newly opened B.Duck City Park was super fun, with new and clean facilities 🌺. There was Ultraman car driving, ball pit, crazy disco, flying diaries, trampoline, and marble games~
