The service attitude is very good, the front desk lady is very gentle, the stay experience is very good, the room is very clean. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a laundry room on the first floor, which makes people feel warm and comfortable, all comfortable, the environment is very good, and the lighting is good! The table is very quiet, and it is very close to the commercial street and it is convenient and fast. The price is also very favorable. All aspects are very good and it is recommended.

This homestay really surprised me! The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda, eating, drinking and having fun in one stop, the key is that the whole street downstairs is full of food stalls, from barbecue to sugar water shop to fried powder stall, the nightingale atmosphere is directly full, the fireworks are full, and the food is super satisfying. More pleasantly, you can walk to the beach, and it is very pleasant to walk with the sea breeze in the evening. It is also very convenient to play in the water. The price is also very cheap, this location can get this price, the price is really nothing to say. The only small episode is that there are occasional traffic jams around, especially on weekends and evenings. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves plan parking or staggered travel in advance. But the flaws are not concealed, the overall experience of living is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the landlord is also enthusiastic. LOCATION The immediate neighborhood isn't the most interesting, but it's very convenient if you're passing through Zhanjiang Station. It's a 10-minute walk. There are more restaurants and shops near/around the station. SERVICE Excellent welcome and excellent customer service. They made it easy for me to print an important travel document. ENVIRONMENT Quiet neighborhood. Very well-maintained hotel for a budget hotel. Quality furnishings. Due to its layout, the (small) room 501 was actually spacious enough for one person, clean, quiet, and bright. I would suggest adding a luggage rack, considering the available space, to make it perfect for avoiding having to keep luggage on the floor (especially when you have backpacks). BREAKFAST No breakfast service. AMENITIES *The room had a hairdryer and an electric kettle. Bottled water was provided. Very good quality bedding. Good air conditioning. Wi-Fi: didn't work, but that might be due to the VPN I'm required to use as a foreigner. Laundry room - well-maintained. 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. Detergent provided. Excellent value for money.

The room is very clean, the most favorite is the large balcony, the intuitive sea view, and the photo rate is very high. There are many places to eat downstairs, and there is a food street next to it. It is especially convenient to eat and drink. The distance to the beach is also close. It takes about 8 minutes to walk. The scenic spot can also rent a battery car. It is a great experience. Finally, share, be sure to buy a bottle of Corona to take pictures on the beach, especially feeling.

I had a great stay! The owner and his wife treated me very well and helped me with a lot of extra things. Wuchuan is a good coastal town, (better than Sanya in my opinion), and has lots to see. The couple was very warm and welcoming and was willing to take me around. The apartment was beautiful, with a good view! Thank you for the lovely stay!

The room was okay but the water pipes were making a very loud noise which was annoying. The staff were very friendly, attentive and the bed comfortable.

Excellent location in that it is near the Walmart store and a lot of shops and restaurants. I really liked how it is near the printing shop, because I had something important to print out. Nice fresh towels are provided and I like how you don't have to checkout till around 3 in the afternoon! Receptionist people were nice and friendly. Only bad thing through no fault of their own of course was some person that kept sticking cards of the numbers of beautiful chinese women to date. Will be more than happy to stay at this place again if I happen to be in the area!

The hotel was so-so, probably prioritizing value for money. Perhaps due to its age and lack of maintenance, some facilities were outdated; most importantly, cleanliness was a major concern for me. I don't know if it was because of the rain at the beach, but the bedding seemed to have a slight odor; hopefully, it could be aired out. The lighting could also be brightened. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of Xiashan District, next to the beach, and with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. I found some lost items after checking out, but returned quickly and found them; thank you for that. Finally, I hope the hotel management can improve the overall experience, which would benefit the hotel's operations. P.S. You can take a boat from the nearby port to the island, which is quite convenient.

I have stayed in dozens of cheap hotels during the last years. All over the world, this hotel had the best value for money that I have ever seen. It lies within walking distance to the central seaside where you can experience all of Zhanjiang splendor. I had a very large room and bed. Room cleaned and bed made every day. Suitable for all travelers.

Location was good in that it was near some small grocery stores and restaurants. I liked how it was near the farm of the place that I was visiting and volunteering at. The only negative on the location was that it was hard to find since there was no address and it was in an alleyway. Room was clean, the owner was nice and friendly. I like how the room had a washer for guests to wash their clothes in. The only negative was that there were no towels and the toilet doesn't have a flush button. Toilet is in small area. The shower was too small for me to take a shower in. Would be more than happy to comeback to this place if I needed to.
