AAnonymous UserService: A 50 MYR deposit is required upon check-in and is refunded at check-out. If you don't have Malaysian Ringgit cash, other currencies of similar value are accepted. This branch's front desk does not offer Chinese-speaking service, but there are many Chinese signs inside the hotel. Facilities: The hotel is located inside a mall and is fully air-conditioned. Slippers are provided, which is a nice touch 👍🏻. There's a bar and a diverse breakfast spread, plus an outdoor pool 👍🏻. The washroom is spacious, accommodating multiple people, with both half-length and full-length mirrors. There are Western-style toilets, but no squat toilets (if you prefer a squat toilet, you can go to the Pavilion Mall next door). The shower area has both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead 👍🏻. There are no lockers to store personal belongings, so it really depends on the trustworthiness of your roommates. The power outlet for the bed (with USB ports, so no adapter needed) is at the foot of the bed, not the head, which is inconvenient if you want to use your phone while lying down. The bed curtain is very noisy when pulled, especially when new guests check in late at night.

GGuest UserI was really happy to find this place which was really affordable for a Friday night! I had a room on the 5th floor just beside the lift but it was pretty quiet. The room was very cosy and the pillows soo comfortable. They have a hanging rack but no hanger. No hairdryer either. But a bottle of water and cup is provided and you can get coffee sachets from the reception. Also note that the shower water heater is automatically turned off after 5 minutes, but no problem- just close the tap and then turn it on again - the heater will be back on. Also note the little concrete wall (in the photo) surrounding the entrance of the hotel - so you would have to lift your luggage over this little “boundary”. What I did not like was: I was checking out and my airport transfer was waiting for me, and the staff insisted on me writing a review for the hotel (and him) on the spot. When I said my car is waiting, he said I could write in the car. And he wanted 2 reviews - one for Trip, one for Google!! He was so insistent to the point I felt it was forceful. And doesn’t he know that when you pester for a review then it will no longer be sincere? A good review has to come from the heart. And when I asked him why he is asking for the review, he said because the hotel is new - opened only for 7 days. But when I checked google reviews, I saw people have given feedback 2-3 weeks ago and mentioned his name as well. I am not going to mention his name because I do not like giving negative feedback, but I am writing this because apart from the insistence on feedback, I enjoyed my stay (I am still giving 4/5 for service), I would like to stay again, and I hope a hairdryer could be provided in future.

GGuest UserThis was a budget hotel we stayed at for 3 nights. At the time we thought it best to be as near to the city transit hubs as possible; to extend our sightseeing to attractions outside the downtown core of Kuala Lumpur. But we ended up staying within the downtown core of KL the whole time after being captivated by the incredible beauty of the nearby city park. It's this very big city park that truly showcases Kula Lumpur, in my opinion. We even discovered a great shortcut to Perdana Park from this hotel but it requires going through the KL Sentral mall and train station and then to the park's underpass. This shortcut will not show-up on Google Maps either, which really isn't all that surprising. Our room was clean and the bed cozy, as well as good AC. But there's only one elevator and the room has no fridge. This is very much a no-frills hotel. And sometimes the street below our window could be quite noisy. But you have to realize that this is right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It gets very busy in this particular area. Lots of hustle and bustle. Nonetheless, the location is excellent and there's plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. And the city park, being the Perdana Botanical Gardens, was well worth our stay.

LLEEEVEIts location right on Petaling Street is excellent, with easy walking access to Merdeka Square, Pavilion, and Sungei Wang Plaza. Having a 24-hour convenience store just downstairs is also incredibly convenient. On the downside, the facilities are a bit dated, and cleanliness is only average. They don't provide toothbrushes or hairdryers. However, considering the price, these shortcomings are acceptable.

MMiaosha2727The single room was quite clean, and for one person, having a private bathroom at that price was pretty good. The only issue was that the shower water never got hot, even after running it for a long time. It's suitable for short stays. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, with restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping centers nearby. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication easy. Someone was also available when I checked out around 7:30 AM.

Nn****xThe Swing & Pillows hotel branch in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, is highly recommended for couples seeking a budget-friendly, clean, and centrally located stay. Its strategic position in the heart of the city makes it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant local culture and nightlife together. Prime Central Location: The hotel is situated in a high-traffic, strategic area within walking distance of major attractions. It is just minutes away from the Bukit Bintang MRT Station, Jalan Alor (famed food street), and major shopping hubs like Pavilion KL, Berjaya Times Square, and Lot 10. Cleanliness & Comfort: Rooms are consistently described as ”clean and comfy,” which is a priority for traveling couples. Guests have noted that despite the bustling location, the rooms provide a ”nice inside” retreat and are ”spotless and cozy”. Ideal for Couples: The hotel offers Standard Queen and Deluxe Queen rooms specifically designed for couples, measuring approximately 15 square meters. These rooms are noted for their ”positive vibes” and modern, ”squeaky clean” environment. Exceptional Service: Many reviews highlight the friendly and helpful staff, particularly mentioning individuals like Sofia, Rubel, Ram, and Joy, who frequently go above and beyond to assist guests. Essential Amenities: Couples can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, powerful air conditioning, and convenient shared facilities such as a kitchen, laundromat, and water dispensers. Useful Information for Travelers Locations: There are multiple branches in the area, including Swing & Pillows @ 83, Jalan Bukit Bintang and Swing & Pillows @ Bukit Bintang City Centre. Ensure you check your booking for the exact address to avoid confusion. Price Point: It is a highly affordable choice, typically ranging from $26 to $50 per night (approximately Rp 400,000 - Rp 800,000) for standard rooms . Note: Some rooms may be compact or lack windows, and street noise can be heard in street-facing rooms due to the lively nature of Bukit Bintang.

DDmitryA perfect, safe, comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Kuala Lumpur city. Near PWTC metro station and local train station you can easily and quickly reach Batu Caves (about 9 km). There is also a decent shopping mall with a lot of food options. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary amenities such as wifi, drinking water, hot water, toaster and microwave. But the best part of this hostel is the hospitality. Ms. Suzi is an amazing host, she will assist you with everything you need during your stay. My flight arrived early in the morning and I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 pm very tired knowing that check-in is only at 2 pm, but Ms. Suzi understood my situation and arranged for me an early check-in for free. I felt like home and it was a very nice welcome to beautiful Malaysia. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

Aalt_shiftI recently stayed at New Wave Sri Hartamas and found it perfect for a no-frills, budget-friendly stay. The location is excellent, especially for solo or business travelers who prioritize convenience. It’s close to essential amenities and easy to navigate around the area, which was a huge plus. This hotel is ideal if you’re looking for a basic place to rest without the extras – simple, straightforward, and budget-friendly. If you don’t mind a bit of scruffiness, it’s a great value! The affordable price makes it even more appealing, and overall, I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended for those who appreciate simplicity and a good deal.

SShaxrinCertainly! Here's the revised review: --- **Hotel Name:** Hotel City Bukit Bintang **Rating:** ★★★★☆ **Review Title:** A Delightful Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups **Review:** I recently spent four nights at Hotel City Bukit Bintang, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The lobby is beautifully decorated, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. **Room:** I stayed in a Deluxe City View room, and the view of the bustling Bukit Bintang district was both vibrant and captivating. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a good night’s sleep. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy at times, which could be a minor annoyance for light sleepers. **Facilities:** The hotel boasts several amenities, including a rooftop pool with stunning views of the city skyline, which quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The poolside service was excellent, with staff always available to bring drinks or snacks. The fitness center was well-equipped, though a bit on the smaller side. I also had the chance to enjoy the spa, where I received a fantastic massage. The spa facilities are top-notch, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. **Dining:** There are multiple dining options at Hotel City Bukit Bintang, ranging from casual cafes to more formal dining experiences. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. The rooftop restaurant is a must-visit, offering delicious dishes with a breathtaking view of the city. My only critique would be that the room service menu was somewhat limited, especially late at night. **Service:** The service throughout my stay was generally excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. I did encounter a small issue with housekeeping, as my room wasn’t cleaned until late in the afternoon on one of the days. However, this was quickly rectified after a call to the front desk. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, close to several shopping centers, restaurants, and popular tourist sites. The lively street life and accessibility to public transportation make it an ideal spot for both leisure and business travelers. **Overall:** Hotel City Bukit Bintang offers a luxurious, relaxing experience with beautiful surroundings and attentive service. While there were a few minor issues, they didn’t significantly detract from my stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the vibrant Bukit Bintang area and would consider staying here again on my next visit. --- Let me know if you'd like any further adjustments!
