There is a famous hand-grabbing mutton shop not far from the hotel. The price is affordable and delicious. It seems to be called ”Kong Aqi”. Golmud's hand-grabbing mutton is the best. It is difficult for the hotel to get a taxi early in the morning. You have to go to the road to get a car. You have to prepare in advance to catch the train.

This hotel is well-equipped and perfect for a motorcycle trip. The owner is incredibly welcoming! It has a huge parking lot, and the rooms have an oxygen supply system, hot water, and heating – it got so warm in the middle of the night I had to take off my shirt! I couldn't continue my journey due to altitude sickness, and the owner helped me with so many things, from bringing me water to helping arrange transport for my motorcycle. I'm truly grateful 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I heard the road will be fixed by the end of the year, so I'll bring my family to experience the beauty of the Qinghai-Tibet line then.
