The service was incredibly welcoming. We had a lot of luggage, and they proactively helped us with it, always with a smile – full marks! As for the hotel environment, it's also very good, and the bedding quality was impressive. Really great, highly recommend!

I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were very thoughtful. The area nearby is bustling with plenty of food and drink options, giving it an old downtown vibe. You can walk to the Yellow River, and there are all sorts of shops along the way. When I returned today, I found my door unlocked and everything seemed normal, which startled me – my own oversight. It seems the hotel is quite safe, with key card access to the elevators.

Overall, a great experience. The environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are tidy and bright. The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The service is warm, attentive, and responsive. The dining offers a rich variety of dishes, and the flavors are home-style and delicious. It offers great value for money, making my trip very pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely choose this place again next time.

I stayed at the Lanzhou West Station Qilihe Yellow River Bridge store, and it was truly great value for money. The transportation is very convenient; it's quick to get around by BRT or to Lanzhou West Station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the windows were soundproofed well, so despite being on a busy street, I got a good night's rest. The front desk service was warm, thoughtful, and very considerate. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station and the airport. Since I had an 8 AM flight, they even packed a simple breakfast for me. This was incredibly helpful for someone new to the city. The room was really nice, very spacious, and super comfortable. There's also a food street right next to the hotel, which was perfect for dinner. Excellent!

Families!! This hotel is absolutely amazing!! Promise me you'll stay here at least once!! 🏨✨ As soon as I walked in, I was blown away by the floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby 🌿. The sunlight streaming in made the whole space look like it had a filter on it! The room was super spacious, and the bedding was so soft and fluffy, it felt like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. Once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, a smart toilet, and a rainforest shower head 🚿 – showering even felt blissful! What really impressed me were the details! There's a wireless charging pad by the bed 🔋, electric curtains that open and close with a single button, and even the bathrobes were made of Japanese cotton and linen! Sipping tea on the balcony at night while enjoying the city views 🌃 created such a perfect ambiance! The breakfast buffet had so many choices, I was spoilt for choice 🥐🍳. There was a noodle station, freshly baked waffles, and even freshly squeezed juices! The front desk lady was super gentle and even gave me welcome fruit and a handwritten card 🍓💌. I felt like a pampered princess! Girls!! I seriously recommend this hotel to the whole world!! Whether it's for a romantic getaway or a trip with your besties, just go for it!! The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

It's super convenient for transportation and parking is easy, making it stress-free if you're driving. Shopping and dining out are a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, the hygiene was excellent, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm, thoughtful, and accommodating. The beef noodles for breakfast were authentic, with a delicious broth and amazing texture – a truly satisfying experience! It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again. We were just in town for a couple of days for business, so the hotel was covenient for our needs: near the subway, near our business location.
