I have been to Lanzhou several times. I stayed at Qingju for the first time. I stayed at this hotel. I thought it was convenient to catch a bus near the train station. When I checked in in the lobby, an elderly person ran to the front desk and asked the front desk staff to help him order takeaway. I thought that the front desk would euphemistically reject it. But I didn't expect the front desk staff to put down the work in their hands and patiently asked the elderly what to eat! I am afraid that the elderly will wait for a long time for takeaways and recommend the small restaurant next to it. I feel that the front desk is like treating my family, very warm at a glance! The people who look at it are warm in their hearts! Focus on praise this staff! Service attitude is really good! Let me have a good impression of this hotel!

Overall, a great experience. The environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are tidy and bright. The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The service is warm, attentive, and responsive. The dining offers a rich variety of dishes, and the flavors are home-style and delicious. It offers great value for money, making my trip very pleasant and comfortable. I didn't have high hopes when I booked the hotel, considering the price! But it really exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean, and there was no sewage backflow or odor issue mentioned in other reviews! The bed was also very comfortable! Especially the morning airport transfer – it was snowing, and the roads were very slippery, but the driver and hotel staff were very attentive, constantly reminding us that the roads were slippery! The driver drove very smoothly the whole way, getting us safely to the airport! If I had to nitpick, it would be that the room's soundproofing was a little poor, but the hallway was very quiet at night, probably because most guests were catching early flights and went to bed early, so it didn't affect my sleep at all! I forgot to take photos, but the room photos are exactly the same as the hotel's promotional pictures!

What's rare is that despite being in a bustling commercial area, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet. It perfectly blends convenience with tranquility. After a day of exploring, we could return to our room and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, completely undisturbed by the street noise. The stay included a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialty noodles. The food was authentic and delicious, ensuring we started each day full of energy before heading out. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable and elegant overall ambiance. It's perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or families. From service and location to environment and dining, everything was top-notch, offering excellent value for money. Choosing this hotel in Lanzhou is definitely a safe bet! The next time I visit Lanzhou, I will prioritize staying at Days Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Lanzhou. Highly recommended!

The location is super convenient, great for business trips and very close to the train station. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and it was generally quiet. The front desk service was excellent; check-in and check-out were both quick. It's good value for money, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

It's super convenient for transportation and parking is easy, making it stress-free if you're driving. Shopping and dining out are a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, the hygiene was excellent, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm, thoughtful, and accommodating. The beef noodles for breakfast were authentic, with a delicious broth and amazing texture – a truly satisfying experience! It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again. Nice and comfy hotel with a great bed and hot shower. The shower room is a little dated but good enough. The breakfast gets hit quite hard by the early risers heading out on trips but we had some fruit and eggs etc around 9am as we were spending the day in the city There's no coffee, bring your own! Plenty of lukin coffee shops around that can be delivered to your room. Great food streets about. This was an excellent price, my only real criticism was that such a big western brand still allows smoking in public areas. Literally guys smoking at the breakfast buffet. We booked a non smoking room and it was non smoking, only the communal areas seem affected. We would stay here again!

The facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful, the sanitation is clean and comfortable, and the service attitude is good.
