Very Good
GGuest UserWhat a gem! Stayed 1 night in this amazing accommodation after attending a wedding locally. Room and bathroom very clean, lovely cotton sheets, comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and was wonderful! Cooked options, cereals, toast, etc. Orders were taken and served by the waiter who was fun and quick to have a joke!
The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful as were all the staff including the lovely cleaner who prepares the rooms.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would happily stay much longer and explore the local area. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
MM254922****The room was very clean and comfortable, and the scenery outside the window was very good. Some facilities such as a kettle have more scale, but it is also an understandable place. It will be very quiet at night overall, but it depends on whether the person living next door speaks loudly, otherwise you will clearly hear the noise of the human voice and have difficulty sleeping. This is also the only unsatisfactory point for me is the poor sound insulation. The restaurant in this hotel is very good, the breakfast is quite rich and the toast is very delicious. I believe this is one of the reasons I will choose to stay here. I hope to continue to maintain the advantages and try to improve the sound insulation problem, thank you.
GGuest UserThe service is not good, the staff is very impatient.
The lobby and other public areas are closed at 11 o'clock, and friends are not allowed to use them even if they need to make a conference call, so the telephones in the corridor and the room will affect other guests.
The heating is not turned on at night, and it is not turned on after complaints.
The English breakfast set is OK. The restaurant also closes on time at 9:30.
RRichard KoenigWe loved the proximity to town and the fact the Beefeaters is next door, which is convenient. The lady in reception was nice. It was a pleasant place to stay. They could do with airconditioning and the hot water wasn't very hot.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Premier Inn, as we had an event to attend in Exeter. It is a great position to get about. There is a Brewers Fayre next door, which is cheap and convenient. We stayed 2 nights and the parking was £16
