For our purpose, this hotel was fine. People were nice. We liked the location, We the breakfast, the view from the rooftop restaurant. We had issue with water dripping from one of the showers into the bedroom turning it into a flooded room. We had it cleaned twice, a very nice man. But seems he did not convey the issue to the management to fix it. The other shower head was broken too. As the result we had to check out after 4 nights.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel. Tolle Einrichtung, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, dass uns ein bisschen früher einchecken ließ & unser Gepäck ins Zimmer gebracht hat während wir in der Stadt unterwegs waren. Die Lage ist wirklich super! Man kann Downtown und die Zitadelle perfekt zu Fuß erkunden, auch abends.

Clean room, shutters, and one-way glass make the room very comfortable. Also, there is a Qibla direction and a prayer mat for Muslim families. It's an excellent place to stay for Muslim couples on a budget. However, the breakfast is very basic and not worth the cost, and some of the food is stale. Overall good value for the price.

The place is beautiful, clean, and the service is great. The only downside is if you're facing east, it can get noisy if you open the windows because it's on the main street. The location deserves praise... My motto for this place is 'better than it was before'.

Overall experience is fantastic. The room was very clean, washrooms are good with hot waters. In some rooms there are no hand shower, so be careful about that 🤪 one problem I found was the dental kit, they don’t provide toothbrush / dental kits, so don’t forget to carry them with you.

I believe the staff member who welcomed me was named Louay, and he was extremely professional. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. What truly stood out was their readiness to assist, even after my departure. I’m confident that this hotel will be my go-to choice for future visits to Jordan. Highly recommended!

On top of that, the price is affordable and offers good value for money. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sparr Hotel Amman for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location at a reasonable price.

This is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price. The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom. The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning. This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone. I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed. I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom. They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless. There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved. I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.

I truly felt that I made the right choice in choosing this hotel. The hotel rates were reasonable and the staff were extremely friendly. They also offer cleaning services, so even long-term stays are no problem.
