It was a wonderful hotel. The area is safe, and there are supermarkets and easy places to eat nearby, making it very convenient. The best thing about it was that there was free laundry (you could even use liquid detergent for free). The views from the pool and rooftop were amazing, and the night view was also beautiful. The gym was easy to use. The staff were all very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay.

I would rate it not just as a five-star experience, but closer to seven stars. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ward and Dina, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with our inquiries and played a significant role in arranging our visits to key attractions in Jordan, including Petra, Wadi Rum, Madaba, and the city of Amman. Their efforts ensured that we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. My daughter also had a wonderful time and made cherished memories during our stay. Thank you once again for your hospitality. I look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

The service and location were truly exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the minor exception of a broken desk chair. The heating in the floor was not operational, so we were provided with an electrical heater, which was a little noisy. Overall, our experience was positive, though I had anticipated a slightly more refined accommodation experience from a five-star hotel. I understand that it is not peak season, and despite this, I would still recommend it.

I expected the hotel to be better than what I experienced as a 5 stars hotel . Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower. Although there was hot water in the bathtub, the shower hose was damaged and would not stay in place, as shown in the photo. I explained the issue to the receptionist, but no solution was offered during my stay. The only response I received was, “We’re sorry for what happened, and we hope to see you again next time.” Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience, and I hope these issues are addressed to improve the stay for future guests.

The hotel was great, the rooms were very large and clean, the bed was most comfortable. The pool service could not be better, and the hotel food was great, the terrace bar was phenomenal, 100% recommended. I would go back with my eyes closed. On weekends they have pool parties during the day, both for children and adults, with a DJ included. And with a lot of security, so you feel at home.

The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. The issue this hotel has many locations buildings at the same area and its not clear in which building you will stay and you have to run from one to another to find your building

Our trip was for a surgery. The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything, and their service was outstanding. The room was warm and comfortable, and all the staff were very respectful. I will definitely visit this hotel again.
