It was stated that there is an airport shuttle bus, so I made a reservation, but there was no airport shuttle. In the end, I called a lift and moved it. Please note. The price included breakfast, but the breakfast was very simple, so I didn't feel much merit. Rather, the advantage is that it is very close to the airport (10 minutes by car) and there are very good Vietnamese restaurants around. It is difficult to recommend as the price-to-quality ratio is low.

The Dimond Center Hotel was a fine hotel. It was clean, comfy, and has a great location. The free airport shuttle is also very nice.

Guest UserWe liked how the room was clean and the pool smelled like chlorine and was clean unlike other hotels we stayed at. But the front desk clerk was very rude. I tried to check in a couple mins early and she only said I don’t see your name anywhere and pretty much only left me an option to leave and come back later. So instead of being friendly she was opposite and made me feel not wanted there. But we stayed anyway. And the breakfast really sucked! COVID made them feel like they can treat people however they want.

Easy to book and check-in.
Room was spacious and reasonably comfortable.
Breakfast was OK.
Sofa bed was a bit too saggy.
Overall, good and will consider again when needing a room in the area.

Guest UserI usually have a peaceful, enjoyable stay when I stay here, but this time is wasn’t so peaceful. There was a kids birthday party or something going on where there were a lot of rambunctious kids running up and down the hallway, making all this noise during my stay. Not enjoyable at all.

Kseniia A.The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the 5th Avenue shopping center, around the hotel is quiet, there are almost no people. At 1 minute walk stop, where you can get directly to the airport.
The hotel has an automated system of settling and eviction with the code lock on the door of the room. Respeshchen works until 7:00, this should be taken into account if you need to pay for later eviction, for example.
The room itself is quite small, but for one person it is excellent. The room is clean, there is everything necessary: microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee machine. The coffee and tea capsules are.
The only minus: it's hearing and uncomfortable pillows. Otherwise everything is great.
I recommend it unequivocally!

They advertised shuttle service but it doesn’t go to the train station. Next morning, they didn’t tell me to show up 5 minutes before my departure time so although I arrived on time they left early and without me.

This hotel has seen better days in its multi-decade existence. It has gone through some renovations and name changes, but still seems to be in transition as we walked through the third floor paint fumes (half of the floor was being painted while still having guests on the floor) to our room at the end of an extremely long corridor. It seems understaffed and whatever staff they do have are wearing multiple hats and running around or in training. We encountered a spectrum of personalities from sweet to terse to neutral in their customer service/reception area.
Their booking system is also a bit unclear. I got emails for ”pre check-in” and ”set checkout” which seemed fine, but I had selected a cocktail pack at the pre check-in and input my credit card information but was not charged for it. If my CC isn't going to be charged at that point, why should I have to enter my CC information at all? It should be noted that these are ”requests” the front desk can choose to fulfill for the guest or not. They still asked for a CC to be put on file for incidentals too, during in-person check-in, so online ”pre check-in” just seems pointless.
We had booked our multi night stay on the Trip app and it did have us prepay but also said there would be a $89 charge at the hotel for four nights. We later learned it was a ~22 bucks ”resort fee” for our stay per night. I guess the resort fee includes the amenities of free water and free shuttle service? Breakfast wasn't included for our booking. The person checking us in even charged a $$$$ deposit amount larger than the cost of our 4 nights there, so I hope they are more careful on other security deposit charges, in the future.
On another note, the 24/7 airport shuttle was great and the downtown shuttle service was excellent. Their free shuttle service is definitely a highlight. Kind drivers also -- lovely service from all the drivers we met and always helped us with our bags and directions. Big appreciation for the shuttle vans and drivers!
Free water (2 bottles per guest per day) included at the front desk, which you have to make sure to grab yourself, as there was no ”deliver to room” option during our stay.
The outdated facilities are somewhat maintained, as we had slow drainage in our shower tub and slow drainage in our toilet that nearly led to a clog. Luckily, the maintenance team was able to remedy that after our first night. We stayed 4 nights in total, but that first night was rough.
Going forward, I would recommend this place for someone seeking adventure in a property that is next to a beautiful lake with cool seaplanes and a nice lobby full of taxidermy and doesn't mind the potentially tumultuous reception or dated bathroom.

Guest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, a 10-minute drive. It was relatively quiet at night. We stayed there for 5 days and didn't feel disturbed. There are great Korean and Japanese restaurants near the hotel. They are delicious and the food in the restaurants is good value for money. The hotel room is not very big but it is adequate for living. The facilities are relatively old and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The quality of breakfast is good but the variety is monotonous, the food is the same every day. Eating for 5 days in a row is boring. Korean tour groups check in every day. The hotel's value for money is generally okay. If there is a better choice, I will not stay here again next time.
