specially the Calcutta girl on the front desk ANUSHMYA or something like that was such a kind , humble and versatile person she helped me so much in guiding
Foreigners who don't have pay tm or Google pay Pls take enough cash , no usd can change also

Guest UserThey charged an extra half room fare for early check-in which was not required at all because at vaishno devi most of the people just come & have a shower and then leave for the darshan.

The Good: Location is very good. Hotel is just 2 mins walk from railway station and its very easy to locate. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is also very good. They have prepared non spicy food for our daughter as per our request and taste was good. The reception area is also nice. You can relax their while waiting for your train, in case, you had to check out little early.
The bad: Rooms are not clean. Mattresses have stains and almirahs are dirty. Bathrooms are the worst. The water was overflowing in entire bathroom and it was not leveled to go through the drain. We had to ultimately request for a wiper, else, we were always feeling the risk of slipping.
The 10% discount on food and beverage was also not offered.
