GGuest UserLocation was good, but cleanliness is below average. Torn bed sheets, weathered furnitures. Washroom was clean. Water was provided on request. Tv didn’t work for two days. Staff was warm and courteous. Food was terrible. Got biryani which was like half made khichdi.

GGuest UserOnly negative point is no room was a valley view room. In fact one room is with one window that has a view of hotel corridor.. rest all was fine. Early check in. Room cleanliness. Hot water availability. Another point is. Good to go out for food rather than order in hotel. They were best in food quality. Somehow it was not up to the mark.

GGuest UserIt was a very nice stay at the hotel nek, especially the hospitality and service was beyond expectations. They provided fresh dinner at 11:30 pm even when they were about to secure everything in the kitchen. Full points for this service.

GGuest UserProperty is a franchise property therefore requires major refit in infra. Property is well below ginger standard as far as infrastructure is concerned. Service wise it was at par or better than other ginger properties. Very limited food options at restaurant. Overall ok type stay
