The facilities were OK, but the customer service really average. 4 people at reception, only one desk being served. Our presence not even acknowledged or welcome extended and it went downhill from there. On one occasion I rang for room service to order a meal and the response was "oh no... we're not doing that at the moment, you'll have to come to restaurant". This is despite menu still being accessible in the room. Numerous occasions where social niceties and basic courtesy overlooked. Marked difference from other Pullman hotels in Australia and other hotels throughout Europe visited on this trip.

Friendly accomodating reception, clean facilities and good service.

Although under a massive renovation, reception was friendly knowledgeable and accommodating. Hotel and room were very clean. Comfy bed, large bath area with good water pressure, enough towels and toiletries. Fridge and a free bottle of water. Breakfast a bit overpriced at 24 euro which is more that the Marriott, but eggs can be made to order, or already scrambled and crispy bacon is always a plus.

Old hotel, facilities are old, parking space is very narrow, not high, driving carelessly scratched, not the same as the promotion, do not be fooled, the cover is fake

The room is generally good and quiet. There is a large park next to it, which is worth visiting. The bar area on the first floor is OK. The service in the restaurant area on the first floor is average.

Noisy hotel, very small double room and I would not recommend this hotel..very disappointed with my experience

The room is quite big, the hotel is exquisitely decorated, the breakfast is also very good, and it is next to the train station.

I stayed here for two nights last year, and I wanted to reminisce this year, so I stayed here for another night. The lobby has been renovated, which is very nice. Parking is very convenient, and the breakfast is also very rich. It is my favorite hotel!

Clean, good front desk service, rich breakfast

The locals at the front desk looked down on Chinese people. The service was not worth the price. But the location was convenient, next to the subway.

Bad review!!! Let's talk about the hardware first: the lobby and room decoration are old, the elevator can't see up and down, the room has a strange smell (feels like Indian body odor), the bathroom door frame is degummed, the toilet seat is crooked, and the safe is a mechanical lock and can't be used. Let's talk about the service: the Indian handsome guy at the front desk has a heavy English accent, the waiter doesn't know if there is anyone in the room, and goes straight into the room without knocking. The service is very bad. Overall, this Pullman is in a remote area far away from the city center, at most the domestic three-star standard, not worth RMB 900+ a night, which is disappointing, and I will not stay again...

The reception staff are not very friendly and are very slow... However, I always stay here whenever I go on business because it is convenient and accessible.
