Excellent value for money hotel
In the town of Stuttgart, transportation is convenient, very close to the light rail that goes directly to the airport, a 10-minute walk away
There are supermarkets and restaurants next to it
The room is clean and well-equipped, but there is no hot water kettle and you need to bring your own

The location is the worst. It is about a 15 minute walk from Stuttgart Feuerbach Station, which is a short S-Bahn ride from Stuttgart Central Station, making it inconvenient to go to other cities. It's close to the subway station, so it might be good for getting around the city.
Also, check-in was from 12:00, but there was no one at the reception desk after 12:00, and I was instructed to use the automatic check-in machine, but the machine was broken and did not work. Shouldn't you at least put up a notice saying it's out of order? At that time, a female employee came out and told me that the machine was broken and that check-in was from 3:00 p.m., then locked the entrance door and left. The service was so bad that I felt there was no point in criticizing the customers.
Considering the price, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I don't want to stay there again.

Super easy to do self check in using the “hotelmat” machine
BUT, couldn’t use the underground parking space.
Worst experience ever to find the allocated room #48 which was not displayed at the 4th floor. Had to check multiple times and finally to call the hotel at the mobile no but the person was speaking terrible English.
Some way we managed to understand each other and got info that the room is located under the roof and “ private” space.
Finally after 1 h of this chaos we managed to locate the “unlisted” room 48.
Inside were 35* C, no AC… luckily the window was large, unsafe and had to sleep all night with it opened.
This hotel is nothing than a joke!!!

Good location, close to cafes. My only issue was the pillows. they were the softest pillows - too soft, i hardly got any sleep
