I’ve been on holiday with my family. I would say that except for the large rooms, everything else is disappointing. The food is poorly prepared with poor quality products and is repeated every day, mostly fried and for breakfast every day there are fried and boiled eggs! Alcohol is of unclear origin. Internet is only in the lobby, although the offer says that it is also available in the room. The staff speaks mainly in Russian, although we are located in Bulgaria. We left the hotel a day early but they refused to refund me for the parking which is paid in advance. Yes, and one more thing, don't let your children drink the juice from the machine, you risk walking with a stained mouth for several days. Zero entertainment for children and the children's corner quite dangerous!

The receptionists are rude, they won't welcome or smile. Don't even dare to ask if the check-in is available earlier, their answer will be: Read the wall, it says CHECK-IN AT 2 PM!!!. I know that it's completely up to them to check you in or not, but please give me a polite answer, I am your client. The rooms are dirty. We have something spilled on the wall (image attached), and the couch we had in the room had some awful stains (image attached), luckily we found what to cover it with, but this room isn't very pleasing to stay in. If you are looking to drink some cool beverages, good look, all the beverages have 0 taste like being mixed with water (tastes like sink water), an image of a Coca-Cola is attached YEP, THAT'S COCA COLA, its the first time in a hotel we had to buy water from the local store. The food is more often not good than good, I have attached an image of the fries, they just heated up the fries made on the previous meal. Oh, almost forgot, they have a SECURITY GUY that will try to take care of your vacation, will make remarks and he's also very unprofessional and rude since we were a big company, sometimes we wanted to connect 2 tables to make a large one, he came to us and shouted that we need to stop. (I completely understand that it's their right, and I don't have anything against that, but he could at least come and say something like "Excuse me, could you please not move the tables". Also, if you are planning to chill with your family or friends at night, not a chance, the security guy will make everyone go into their rooms at 11:30 PM (like in kindergarten HA HA), never seen that kind of attitude before. Also, he will be rude here too, he just taps on your shoulder and points where to go. In conclusion: The hotel's service is very awful, with zero management ethic and zero care for their customers. Except maybe the people that clean after you at the restaurant, they seem like nice people that will smile at you. I strongly recommend looking better for a hotel and try avoiding Riva.

It was a pleasure to have vacation in this hotel. The service was nice, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The hotel has a big territory, not very big but comfortable rooms with big balcony.

Lady on reception was lovely Very spacious room with great aircon Ladies in the restaurant lovely Lady at pool bar unfriendly and unwelcoming, made me uncomfortable Food was nice enough, I wasn't hungry Pool toilet absolutely disgusting Plastic cups for all drinks I would never return to this hotel even if you paid me

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni invece di 6.giorni pagati in anticipo tramite il booking. Parcheggio carissimo, per asciugacapelli devi.pagare 20 leva, la cassaforte pure a pagamento. Nonostante il wifie era gratuito al reception ci hanno rilasciato dei bigliettini con il pass del wife che non funzionava mai. Nella stanza abbiamo ritrovato il tv senza telecomando, nell' bagno mancava la maniglia. Giorno dopo verso le 13:00 la nostra figlia ha fatto 39 di febbre con vomito. Meno male che avevamo l'assicurazione medicale per la bimba. Li hanno diagnosticato: Enterovirus intestinale virale. Abbiamo richiesto in cucina alimenti dietetici come riso in bianco oppure patate lesse, ma piu tardi vi mostrero delle immagini che sono la prova della mancanza di rispetto nei confronti di una bimba che si è ammalata nel rispettivo hotel. Gli asciugamani nella stanza ci hanno cambiato dopo 2 giorni, e le lenzuola dopo il 4 giorno in tarda serata e soltanto perché li abbiamo richiesto noi La Direttrice del hotel era molto sgradevole e maleducata. Se non insistevo nessuno dello staff non pensava di portarci un telecomando. Siccome il wife non funzionava mi rivolgeva sempre in reception, ma il personale era maleducato specialmente una ragazza bionda che avveva sempre la risposta pronta "non ho tempo". Il terzo giorno la salute della nostra figlia e peggiorata ed abbiamo richiesto nuovamente l'intervento del medico collegato con l"assicurazione ed la nostra figlia ha fatto delle flebo in una clinica privata. Rientrati in hotel avvevo richiesto in cucina patate lesse ed petto di pollo lesso invece ci hanno portato delle patate condite e un pezzo di coscia di pollo fritto!!! Avvevo riportato il piatto in cucina chiedendo nuovamente petto di pollo lesso visto che la mia figlia si è ammalata nel rispettivo hotel ma la direttrice mi ha risposto "Non è vero". Siamo partiti un giorno prima, di conseguenza li abbiamo regalato un giorno già pagato e parcheggio pure pagato. Nel momento della nostra partenza nessuno dello staff in specialmente la direttrice non si è degnata di chiederci scusa per il fatto che la bimba ha avuto da soffrire, tenendo conto che era arrivata assolutamente sana. Preciso che ho il certificato medico rilasciato dal medico della clinica "St. NICOLA". In merito all' ristorante ed ai cibi serviti ai ospiti: stessi piatti ogni giorno, carne di maiale ogni giorno, pesce soltanto un giorno alla settimana, poi tanti cibi fritto, per i dolci erano serviti soltanto 2 pezzi a testa, bicchieri di plastica di scarsa qualità. Per le pulizie: sotto i letti abbiamo ritrovato la polvere, resti di cibo, ketchup incollato sotto il letto, la qualità del mobilio per dormire da verificare nelle immagini. Asciugamani pieni di macchie.

Приехали в 7 утра. Начали заселять в 14-00. Остались без завтрака и без обеда. На просьбы ускорить заселение или дать возможность поесть персонал никак не реагировал. Может они и не во всем виноваты, но надо было заранее согласовывать время прибытия.
