PeepSleep Chevron Towers

Excellent apartment in the heart of surfers paradise. I booked this apartment through a deal on Webjet - we thought was through the hotel however it is actually a private apartment within the chevron towers hotel. We had to pick up the key from the owners home as we arrived after 5pm. While this was simple to find and was in a cupboard outside her home it did add time onto our taxi and was added stress with our almost 2 year old being sick of travelling. If you book on webjet make sure you call Adrienne before you arrive to confirm and to get details about jet collection as the key is not at the main reception. The apartment has two rooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 singles. There is also a sofa bed which was quite comfortable (the single beds are very soft). Adrienne also provided a porta cot for the baby. There is a TV in the room with the double and a TV in the lounge room area which is connected to Netflix which was great for movie nights once the baby had gone to bed. There is a full kitchen with a oven, stovetop, fridge and even dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer which is fantastic. There are also two private balconies which look out onto the river were we watched some beautiful sunsets. As the apartment is a part of the hotel we had access to the fantastic lagoon outdoor pool and the indoor heated pool and spa. The apartment has lovely large towels for showers plus a selection of beach towels to use also. One thing that would be nice would be some face washers also. Everyone in the hotel has to have a fob which you must scan to get to any floor in the elevator and to get into the hotel after dark which gives added security. Thankfully peep sleep gave us two sets of keys so we were able to go out separately. The apartment is very centrally located. It is right across the road from Circle on Cavill which has many restaurants and a Woolworths. There is also a coles at the bottom of one of the other towers (they’re all connected via a sky walk). It is 6 mins walk from the Cavill avenue pedestrian mall and less than 10 mins walk to the beach. There are also many attractions within walking distance including Timezone, many escape rooms, infinity maze, Ripley’s believe it or not, holy moly, strike bowling, the aqua duck bus and many more.
