Had gone for a conference, while did not get the time to enjoy all the amenities but the hotel ensured very good service levels and the arrangements were spot on!

QT Gold Coast is a fantastic hotel that left a lasting impression on us, and we wouldn’t think twice about staying there again. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was not only spacious but also thoughtfully designed for comfort, making our stay incredibly relaxing. It's definitely worth it!

It’s a funky hotel with groovy decor. Rooms have everything you need in a compact setup. Sparkling wine in your room is a very nice touch. Breakfast buffet and main dining is temporarily relocated which makes for a bit of a disconnect in service but overall food was good. A real coffee at breakfast is extra. The girls in the spa are lovely and our treatments were fantastic followed by a glass of bubbly before returning to our room. Highly recommend the spa. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we didn’t go out by pool but area looks great for a sunny day. Super close to beach for a morning or afternoon walk too.

Great short stay on the Gold Coast, staff were very welcoming and despite an initial issue upon check-in the staff were quick to rectify it and we enjoyed a restful and relaxing stay. Loved the pool and spa area. Nice and modern rooms that were clean, inviting colourful and hip. We’ll be back!

I paid extra to book a room with ocean view and balcony as I like the open air. Upon check in, they said cannot go out to balcony as it is not safe and waiting some maintenance to be done over a week. I am upset the real status of the balcony and safety of the hotel is not updated and they continue to charge as if all facilities are available, e.g. a hotel that got a swimming pool without water should not claim they got a swimming pool, etc I am concerned i am not the only paid customer to this scam and like to warn others with the practice of this hotel and hotel chain.

Room was nice and very clean - I am very satisfied with the cleanliness.
Due to the design of the shower (no doors/half open shower), our bathroom was constantly flooded so we've had to step on cold water each time we entered which detracted from the experience.

It was alright, but we got floor level 4 despite request for higher level, and also nobody notified us that the balcony was under maintenance and unaccessible until we found out in our room by ourselves. Room is nice and clean, beds are a bit too soft to our liking though. Washbasin is too small and shallow… doesn’t seem like 5-star hotel standard. Buffet breakfast is great but not enough milk for cereal. Close to beach and public transport, very convenient location. Overall good experience.
