The air conditioning in the room I first stayed in was only 28.5℃ at its lowest. I asked to change rooms, and they asked me to pay a cleaning fee, which I had to do. The air conditioning was working fine after I changed rooms. The service was very unprofessional. They told me a lot, but I felt like I was staying here for free.
