四百多的價格難以想象質量這麼差，水龍頭出水稀稀拉拉，洗水台堵塞，花灑三個壞了兩，出水也一點點洗了很久，好在沐浴露注水嚴重根本沒泡泡也就不用沖洗太久，挺體貼，客廳連個沙發沒有，逛一天回來衹有兩個冷板凳連靠背都沒有的那種，無言以對，真無言以對，最後發現洗手枱也是堵的我也炸了

房間環境很好，很出片，性價比很高，非常推薦四月天。管家很熱情，有什麼情況都可以直接和她説。離平江路和觀前街都很近，去拙政園和蘇州博物館也很近，真的物超所值。

裝修很有特色，老房子老蘇州的感覺，位置離地鐵站比較近，步行就能到，隔音略有欠缺，但是遊客素質都很高，沒有影響睡眠。總體棒棒！床墊軟軟的很舒服，走了一天躺下很放鬆！喜歡！老闆貼心準備精緻小禮物，開心。

忘了拍照，借圖，房型是住的這個，沒那麼亮，暗暗的，在一樓，位置在馬路邊上進去衚衕，衞生可以，服務挺好，觀前街就在旁邊，離地鐵也算近的大概56百米，但是房間一進去有股發黴的味道，路邊還在修路會有點影響，大門有密碼鎖，但是很多人進出不關門，這個價位吧，除了地理位置優好像沒什麼了

門牌比較低調，除了被子有點薄，空調治暖不是很好，別的整體挺好的。房間很大寬敞，裝飾挺有意思的，暖氣片和電熱毯配的很舒服。
還有就是，房間基本跟首頁介紹的是一致的，定的哪個房間給你的就是哪個房間，照片和實際統一，所見即所得，很棒
第一張右邊的黑色塊就是店名招牌，就在路邊但是低調（一不注意就錯過了）。好像忘了拍房間照片了……第二張是進門的視角，左邊就是房間了，房間層高挺高的。
老房子改的民宿，房間的隔牆都是原來的木板木門，樓板應該也是木的，所以隔音這方面是沒辦法跟酒店一樣了。但因為房間有個小門廳轉折了，稍微能阻隔一些聲音了。總之別對木板牆+木門要求隔音賊拉好。

觀前街100米出行交通方便，房屋古色古香，拍照隨手都是大片，樓下樓上兩個大廳非常有層次感，並且價格公道，服務到位，推薦！

我早上十一點預訂的，下午三點打開的房門，打開房間就是一股特別大的黴味，床鋪還是潮的，廁所還有臭味，這輩子沒有遇到過這種房間，我也是醉了，頭一次，還扣了我50%房費，本來協商想要80%的，最後也自能自認倒黴。民宿還是要注意，很容易被照片騙的。
