Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou Gusu

I was so upset. The air conditioning was broken. They said they couldn't find a room to change rooms, but when they finally got one, there were several bugs and even beetles on the bed! I was so scared! I was up all night and didn't get much sleep! I was so angry!

Although the hotel has just opened, you can no longer smell the renovations. I upgraded to a superior twin room. The room was large and new. The home-brewed beer was very good. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The self-service laundry was very convenient. My friend was not feeling well, so the staff specially allowed me to check out late until 2 o'clock. The service was very considerate.

The room was spacious and cozy, with complete facilities. The service was excellent. Since we were a family of three, they upgraded us to a family room. The breakfast was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western options. The Suzhou noodles tasted better than other places.

This is a very standard 4-star hotel, very clean. Within 200 meters of the hotel are two subway stations, Line 2 and Line 6. Line 2 goes to North Station, Shantang Street, Lingering Garden, and Xiyuan Temple. Line 6 goes to Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, Lion Grove Garden, and Guanqian Street. The hotel has a good breakfast, robot delivery for takeout, and free fruit tea in the lobby. The hotel service was excellent, and the chair in the room was very comfortable. There's a safe and a wall-mounted charging port, which can be quickly charged with a cable or without a plug.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Suzhou Station. The rooms are nicely appointed, with good cleanliness and amenities. The staff are warm and attentive. Manager Tan is very friendly, pleasant to communicate with, and highly professional. The hotel also has a rich breakfast, including authentic Suzhou-style noodle soup. I will definitely choose this restaurant again next time I visit. My children also loved it.

The hotel is very close to Suzhou Station, and the transportation is very convenient. It is just at the exit of Pinghe Road on Line 6. The service at the front desk is very good, especially Ann Ding. I am sensitive to smells, and there is still a little decoration smell in the room (after all, it is a newly opened hotel), and an air purifier was immediately arranged. The breakfast is also quite rich, with both Chinese and Western food. What is more surprising is that there is also a self-service laundry room, which is indeed much more convenient for traveling with children. I will choose to stay next time👍
