酒店環境：地址在蘇州的老城區，很安靜，睡得比較舒服。裏面環境也不錯，還有個小院子，有點江南的意境。停車場不算大，不過車位數量還可以，大概20來個，不算緊張。就是入口不明顯，不熟悉的容易錯過。
房間設施：房間挺大的，也是中式設計，傳統的酒店，電視，空調，基本設施齊全，還有個小冰箱。房間也挺乾淨的，沒什麼異味。不過就是淋浴的不大好，水流不大，還有好幾處漏水，導致洗澡體驗不是很舒服。
人員服務：前台接待很熱情，響應也很積極，還主動送小孩零食，晚上守夜也很認真，服務體驗感不錯。
早餐：單獨列出來，是為了吐槽，早餐是真的不行，種類少一點也就算了，量也還很少。去的時候也不是過年也不是節假日，早上起的也不晚，8點去吃早飯，基本粥，還有小菜都是見底的，沒多少了，也沒見到補上的，大概就一鍋？另外也沒有麪條，餛飩等現下的。是不是因為是康養酒店，針對老年人羣體，他們起的早，所以早餐得很早才能吃的到呢？這個希望能夠改進。

家裡親戚錯峯遊，帶着長者，家附近找了圈，發現這家新店，看着還不錯，出腳方便，十全街觀前街盤門三景都離得很近。房間挺舒適的，乾乾淨淨，對長者比較友好，大堂猜燈謎還有玩偶送，進進出出服務員都會熱情打招呼，過年氣氛十足。
值得一提的是早餐，套餐形式的，很豐盛，最喜歡紅糖方糕，軟軟糯糯的。

這次是和朋友一起住，整體滿意度還不錯。
位置：地理位置很方便，走個幾百米就到十全街了，附近吃的東西很多，距離園林景點也近。
服務：進門就給我們發了一個紅棗還是啥的熱飲，冬天還是很有好感的！入住辦理完成後給我們認真介紹了酒店內的設施，可以玩書畫、看電影。
環境：酒店裝修古色古香，有個小亭子和園子，很適合拍照！
不滿意的點：不知道是不是新開業，早飯種類有點少，園子景色挺好看的，想拍拍照，但是落葉有點多，建議多掃掃！

酒店地理位置優越，位處蘇州古城區中心，周邊配套齊全。
酒店停車免費，對於擁擠的市區出行，綠色出行更是方便，地鐵站距離酒店僅幾百米。
網紅十全街、觀前街均在附近，酒店旁邊的盤門景區步行即可。
酒店前台接待熱情專業，房間乾淨衞生。
蘇州國企品牌，值得推薦！

地點非常好，到十全街，滄浪亭，文廟等步行就可到達；地理位置非常優越，在東大街上，老城區優雅嫻靜的生活很值得留戀；唯一不足是早餐，就跟經濟型酒店一樣簡單

位置很好，到蘇州各個知名景點都很方便。
服務也很熱情，剛裝修後重新開業，有很多休閑配套，書畫室，圖書室什麼的。
營養正餐也好吃。
四月底再來住一陣子吧。

酒店雖不大，但環境幽雅；房間衞生整潔，尤其床品舒適柔軟；早餐一般，無蘇州特色；聽前台介紹，酒店還在計劃增設娛樂、休閑、養生保健等功能區域。
