牆面破損，雜物亂放在櫃子裏面，衞生間未在下一人入住前打掃乾淨，熱水器表面臟污，管道老化有風險。僅辦理入住幾分鐘內退房店家就不同意要收取20%費用。平台協商未果後把現場均已收拾完畢，當面協商店家攻擊個人樣貌，態度傲慢。
