首先説位置在觀前街，實在方便出行，離地鐵站不遠，步行去平江路也很方便。酒店的環境很好，衞生很乾凈，空間很大，連馬桶都是智能的，我媽媽很喜歡，説是她這段旅程裏住得最好的，價格也很優惠，十分舒適，客服人員很熱情，每天還把房間收拾得很乾凈整齊，周邊美食也多，我媽媽説希望下次再帶她來入住，推薦一下。

是lofter形式，上面兩張床，下面一個客廳和一間大床房。工業風的裝修風格和冷色調的燈光讓房間顯得不太温馨，住了幾天習慣了好點。應該有長租客，一樓有大爺保安，深夜都是大爺送上東西來。有洗衣房烘乾機，陽光房曬衣服，甚至有石質的搓衣台。設備出了些問題，反映過後當天解決了，還不錯。整體性價比還是推薦的。位置非常好，去景區可以騎共享單車的那種。在觀前街上，吃穿逛全包。（圖為觀前街景）

酒店地點非常好，步行不遠就有地鐵到哪裡都方便，前台小姐姐們的服務都特別的好，房間乾淨，每天打掃清潔到位，床上用品滿意，就是裝修設備有些年頭了，房間空間大，複式樓，床在樓上，樓下活動空間就是浴室小了點，打開門很窄，浴巾乾淨，非常推薦！

房間枕頭是臟的，當時很累了沒有評價。而且房間裏的遙控器還不靈敏，換一個台按好幾下都換不了。地理位置挺好的，這個是唯一可以誇的地點
