Location and rooms are great! The breakfast meal was not that good. Opt out meals if you can. Don't wash your clothes there. Their washer and dry are awful.

I don’t understand how Garbo hotel has a 4 star rating. It is an old style, small hotel, which is in reality is only 2 or 3 stars hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone. I also don’t understand how it has 4,6 Reviews Score. The entrance to the hotel is the worst. Old cheap furniture at the entrance.

房間面積大，設施齊全。旁邊就有鑫震源，網師園，地鐵，公交下樓2分鐘，全家便利店在酒店對面，另外離十全街、觀前街非常非常近，吃喝玩樂一條龍服務。酒店有微信管家，住店期間有任何問題溝通都是秒回，酒店阿姨服務每早都很勤快打掃態度也很好，來蘇州玩會推薦的店，停車也蠻方便，看到旁邊滿多車庫，週末蘇州主要300多一晚，性價比真的是拉滿了。

房間乾淨，服務好，熱情，入住體驗感十分舒適。來蘇州遊玩，還有旅遊攻略提供，超貼心，退房還可以免費寄存行李，回來取行李的時候，天氣熱，有提供了免費的礦泉水，小零食，酒店工作人員真的都很熱情，貼心，超讚。

酒店裝修風格個人很喜歡，暖色調給個人很放鬆的感覺，大廳裏咖啡機啊小零食啊應有盡有（小麻花超好吃），前台服務小姐姐笑容特別可愛，服務周到細緻，入住時介紹的很細緻，還有旅遊攻略可以説十分貼心了，房間簡約大方，設計符合年輕人審美，個人喜歡軟床，床品非常舒服，全屋智能可控，有事沒事喊小度就可以，電視能投屏睡前可以追追劇，最nice的是有個超大的化粧鏡，出行的話可以打車，地鐵站也不遠，如果自駕的話酒店有停車場，總體來説超nice的一次入住。
