衞生：第一次住這麼不衞生的全季，我們有小朋友拼床後床底下的灰塵想着阿姨拖一下地就好了，沙發墊被小朋友弄開發現更多的垃圾，燒水壺整壺的水沒有倒掉，越來越失望，明擺着阿姨根本就沒有做這部分的衞生，想想阿姨衹打掃床鋪拖地不就是不負責任嗎，這監管力度太對不起全季的品牌了
服務：停車場是旁邊公寓合用的，沒有任何標誌指示，開過頭了就得去前面紅綠燈掉頭再繞一圈，豎個牌子吧，入住期間我們都聽到好幾個在前台吐槽同樣問題的客人，入住時候拿我們手機點了什麼會員開通，説續住有優惠，第二天到前台換人就不承認了，不差這幾塊錢但是你們説到沒做到，就是忽悠客人，客房沒有刮鬍刀前台説送等了好久，結果給忘了，需要一直催促的服務，真的需要培訓一下，接電話的人隨手拿本子記錄客人的房間號和需求，完成了再劃掉，不至於把客人給忘了呀
環境：樓下地鐵口，出行方便
設施：老舊的，房間窄，空間小，電梯一台，機器人取物需要輸房間號，電話機入住就是壞的，所以有外賣得自己掐點開門，機器人聯繫不到，洗衣機需要掃碼洗（記得帶手機去），洗衣房燈光昏暗可以多加個燈，洗衣房門口走廊黑乎乎也可以加個燈

酒店位於鬧市區，房間不大，卻很整潔乾淨;最滿意的是服務態度，5個房間需要開5張發票，幫我們主動聯繫攜程，遺忘了洗髮水和洗面奶在房間，還幫忙主動寄回來，感動。

不太推薦，
1，房間隔音差。早晨隔壁彈琴被吵醒，聯繫了前台第二天依舊彈琴。中午想補覺，酒店在裝修。兩天都沒有睡好，酒店一點都不隔音。
2，窗簾不隔光，早上被陽光照射。
3，酒店電梯衹有一個，上下等待時間太久，並且擁擠。
4，提前2點入住也未能旅行承諾。，還需等待一個多小時。
5，床單被罩潮濕。

房間挺舒服的，中秋出行價格也還能接受，相對同等級酒店還是性價比很高的，出門就是地鐵，方便的很。酒店隔音有待改善。
