The room is just too small for family with a kid.. hope the staff can be arrange for a better room to us.
The cleanliness still acceptable and the breakfast area is too small too...The foods taste just nice...
The washing machine and dryer functional, but just only got one each. Hope it can have more...
Hope it can be upgrade on the facilities..
I can't understand and unacceptable to those still smoking in the hotel room..

hotel is really good, it's clean and rooms are decent, location is convenient (literally in front of hotel is subway station), but only bad thing is that I booked the room without window (just a wall and curtains).... for that price it's good, but maybe pay attention while booking, to get a room with view outside haha

Very convenient hotel for the area around the big pants! You can walk to see the musical fountain in 15 minutes. Also convenient for the half marathon and the manager left some snacks for marathon runners. The room was everything I expected, the bed was comfortable and there was a couple of English movies on the TV. Would recommend if travelling on a budget.

The location is accessible to many restaurants and the receptionists are super nice. The room is very clean too. Overall I will say it’s a great place to stay in Suzhou. It’s also not far from the train station and the subway.
