陪家屬來過生日，和酒店溝通了能否稍微有些佈置，結果得到了超棒的體驗👍👍太感謝了！房間寬敞舒服，額外還有咖啡果汁也有有求必應的服務，前台隨時都能找到人，服務特別好👌離東太湖也挺近的，騎個車遛彎兒也很舒服，下次還會再來的～ 再次謝謝

五一期間，蘇州房價離譜，翻四倍的都有。服務卻沒有翻四倍。機緣看到這家酒店環境還不錯，附近還有奧萊博物館可以逛，價格五一假期也沒有那麼離譜。離市區遠了點，但自駕還好，周邊五一停車都免費，也不堵車。如果第二天去周莊也不太遠。因為恰逢小朋友生日，瞭解了下酒店有什麼服務沒有，酒店人員幫申請了一個果盤，後來因為退房早沒趕上，酒店還郵寄一個禮盒給我們。剛好我充電器也落在酒店了。酒店很快聯繫到我。並且物品第二天我就收到了。果然出遊遇上好服務的酒店就是省心。下次自駕開蘇州還會考慮該酒店的。謝謝小張一直跟進。對了，跟酒店説明後，酒店還會提供小朋友的牙刷和拖鞋。不錯。

因為4.6東太湖半馬住的酒店，東太湖邊、對面是砂之船奧萊，到店提供了三種可選飲料，服務很貼心，咖啡品質可以提升一下🥹
窗外夜景很棒，入住的房間空調可能出問題了製冷模式下越來越熱，第二天跑完回來不怎麼呆得住，慶幸自己回來的沒有很早。
值得誇的是酒店因為半馬把早餐時間提早到6:30，這點得誇，前台接待人員也主動提醒並且詢問了是不是參加馬拉松，感受好，説明酒店用了心，抓住機會想做好服務。
